Player Name: Shade Player Contact:Light_shade or .lightshade on Discord Pacing: I try to get to tags a few times a week, dependent on my work and homework load. OOC Limits: No death or limb loss for the hobo superhero right now. I'll let you know if anything else comes up!
Character Name: Rorschach Canon: Watchmen
Wanted CR: I'm up for it all! He definitely needs friends, socially awkward as he is, fellow fighting types he can team up with for patrols and situations that require murder, people who he doesn't get along with, people who wear strange masks too, and people he's determined to protect. Romance isn't a complete no (I'm open to both m/m and m/f) but even getting him to basic human interaction is gonna be a tough sell, so that would be the slowest of slowburns.
Unwanted CR: That type of CR where a character exists solely to antagonize and snipe the other without suffering any sort of consequences for it. Negative CR is fine but I'm not here to have my character just be a punching bag for others to whale on.
Event Ideas:The Aurora: Aftershocks: Rorschach will be fascinated by the ghosts in a detached fashion and be taking careful note of what's going on but that will change if he finds one that gets under his skin. Things which are likely to make him start feeling something for the ghosts are any child ghosts or violence towards women. Definitely a good moment if you want to get him to talk a bit more than his usual three-word answers.
The Hour of The Wolf: So Rorschach is very good at improvising weapons [points to icon], so anyone who needs him to fight off some wolves, he's got your back with a blowtorch made out of some hairspray or spray paint and matches. He's gonna be doing his utter best to turn these fuckers into crispy critters, so if you need someone to rescue you, he's your guy. He could also definitely use some help on this one since he's only one crazy vigilante and there are a lot of wolves and he'd preferred not to be turned into a chewtoy. If anyone kills one, he wants its carcass for a wolf pelt cape, thank you very much.
It Speaks: With all of the self-image issues Rorschach has and the way he tends to dwell on his failures, he's gonna need someone to talk him down off the ledge. Really, he secretly craves connections with people, so anyone who shows him just a little bit of sympathy will be able to snap out of it.
Alternatively, if you want him to try and be an actual person with feelings who can talk with yours and manage to help them out, that can be done too. Though I'm not gonna guarantee how successful this will end up being, he will still do his best and try.
Other Stuff: Right now, as far as general CR opportunities, he's been patrolling the town pretty regularly. He generally can be found up on the roofs of buildings or in trees observing people since he's apparently part-squirrel with how easy it is for him to get into high places. Occasionally, one can see him scribbling in a journal in a handwriting that is practically illegible with how messy it is. Since he's good at scrounging for supplies, he'll share whatever he finds with people if they're around. He's completely paranoid, so he's rotating between three different abandoned cabins that are scattered all throughout Milton. A good moment to catch him a little more vulnerable is burying any bodies he comes across.
