Zane's one-word summary of Billy may be jumpy, but Billy is definitely thinking forward as he's watching Zane. Which is saying a lot, considering that Billy is together with someone who's definitely forward by Victorian standards - but Zane is something else entirely. Billy's hand shoots up to rub at the spot where Zane touched him only a moment ago, like he can still feel the ghost of a touch lingering there and isn't too sure how to deal with it.

"You seem.." He pauses, almost like he's trying to find the diplomatic word for this. It's hard, considering there are a whole lot of other terms that jump to mind first, but Billy knows better than to insult someone upon first meeting. He has a carefully practiced polite front.
