Especially when Arthur doesn't seem repulsed by some weird sacrificial dagger, but is instead tucking it into his belt like it's nothing.
He knows better than to step away from someone armed, to seem weak, like prey, but there sure is a part of Billy that wants to do some right now, eyeing Arthur with a certain amount of wariness. Not much trust here for people who carry around sacrificial daggers - you know, for obvious reasons.
