gabbie | john irving (the terror)

Player Name: gabbie
Player Contact: PM, plurk ([plurk.com profile] reggiemantle) or discord works best!
Pacing: I run a bit slow at the moment, but am trying to at least be better about consistency!
OOC Limits: N/A

Character Name: Lt. John Irving
Canon: The Terror
Aurora Feat: N/A

Wanted CR: Honestly, any and all!! I'm still working on building up CR here and generally love it in all varieties, be it friendship / familial / fraternal / Fellow Associate™ / and/or anywhere on the spectrum of complicated, as will probably be a given regardless of what kind of CR it is... but that's the fun of it!
Unwanted CR: I'm generally pretty open to negative CR, but I still prefer something that can be developed further in some (any!) kind of interesting direction, rather than your basic "one or both will probably avoid interacting with the other"-brand hostility that isn't likely to go anywhere else.

Event Ideas:
PAINFUL REMINDERS— Irving will probably hear the voices of his mother, his sister-in-law, and his friend William Malcolm... maybe a couple of his brothers as well? It'll definitely be painful and bittersweet for him!! But I am also keen on interacting with other characters experiencing this as well, since it seems pretty great for characters bonding and getting to know each other better! So feel free to let me know if you'd want him for that re: your characters voices as well :)

Token-wise I'm still undecided, but possibly a parcel of his personal letters/correspondence while aboard Terror or a journal orrrr his own personal Bible or something like that but what if the shibari angel costume tho

BAD BLOOD— I meannnn Irving will probably run and hide for the most part but... he'll try to negotiate and appeal to the more sympathetic Forest Talkers, as he can! Mallory's final words will probably shake him quite a bit though, especially just given how much of it more or less dovetails with Irving's own beliefs (maybe not perfectly but some of it comes pretty close)...
