There are parts we can't reach because of destruction or hazards or whatever. But I went to the coast lately, w-we only were able to recently, and they don't really seem to be able to contact the mainland either. I guess if you really wanted to you could sail away if you can get past the ice but...I-I wouldn't expect anyone to survive long out there.
