I don't have a toplevel this time around but I'd be happy to toss up a closed starter! I figure Billy could come to Ned's cabin to check on him if you like, since he'll be holing himself away there..... I thought it would be funny if Ned's front door gets left open somehow and he's just.... not bothered to close it... Billy awkwardly stepping up like "uhhhh are you in here or are you dead...."
