"We don't have many doctors," she explains, walking over to kneel down and start a fire with the meager supplies they have in the little cabin in the little stove. No sense in freezing here while they talk.

"Myself, Goodsir, and Vasiliy," she explains. "I am - the most experienced. Goodsir went on the trek through the mines, and I did not want to leave the people here without a doctor. So I stayed, but supplies run thin and I can make it there and back quickly."
