Chloe has already given up on the dam but Randvi might be interested in going out there with Hornet so long as she doesn't mind her bringing her dog.

Of course not! Hornet has no idea what a dog is so she may mistake it as some sort of wolf breed at first.

Also, honestly Chloe is valid for that.
