Residence: 41 Mackenzie Street with Edward Little and John Irving (and her wolfdog pup, Merry).
Notable CR: Edward Little + John Irving (housemates, dad and mom); Harry Goodsir (family-shaped nerd whom Kate adores the very bones of); Francis Crozier (Peepaw); Wynnona Earp (Wynanny); Rorschach (superhero feral cat she's taming); Bigby Wolf (newly acquired therapy wolf); Thomas Jopson (Team Wynonna Earp); Benton Fraser (Puppy Crush.... which is coming to an end...); Ruby Rose (bestie); Tim Drake (???? It's COMPLICATED); Cornelius Hickey (bad man!!!). I would literally be here all day she knows so many people, y'all.

Skills: Artistic. Musical skill. Academic. Additional skills she's picked up is basic first aid, especially where tending to early frostbite is concerned, along with foraging experience.
Aurora Feat: Aurora Call + Interloper's Sacrifice. Broadcasting her thoughts and healing your booboos.

Wanted CR: Pretty much everything! Friends!!! People around her own age to befriend!!! Fellow nerds!!! Mentors/people to help her with this absolute hell of a world with survival skills. She's kind of fitting into a kind of Support Role route with things after she did her rosehip stuff, via foraging, cooking, medical/first aid, etc.

Unwanted CR: I prefer not to have negative CR for the sake of it. I like my negative CR to be interesting, or to develop eventually. Her puppy crush is coming to an end and she's going to make some choices, so romance is kind of covered at the moment.

Day to Day: While she no longer lives there, Kate is mostly around in the Community Hall, quietly spending her time there for the most part. She helps out with food/cooking/cleaning in the Hall. Out in town, she's working on her foraging skill a little more with studying and going out to see what she can find after the success of her rosehips. She also spends a some time in Milton Church since she's pretty religious.

The Story So Far / Plans:

— Did not have a Hot Girl Summer as she got fucked up in June when an NPC tried to kill her, only for him to be shot dead by Edward Little. Then Heartman died, which hit her pretty hard. He left her a letter and a photo of him with his family. She did however get a wolf-dog pup, who's named Merry and finally moved out of the Community Hall and now lives with her Lieut parents.

— Wynonna witnessed what happened at the Vortex Club party and is now first in line to punch Nathan Prescott.

— Received the Binder of photographs from her Dark Room experience, which she has shoved under her bed and doesn't want to talk about. Quietly traumatised and got a bit weird about being touched, is still a little weird about it. The only one who has an inkling of what's going on is Tim.

— Received the Interloper's Sacrifice Feat and Sacrificed Too Close To The Sun. Little almost died, but she saved his life before it was too late — then healed a myriad of other injuries, great and small.

— Is spending the entire month of October in bed because she fucked herself up, but she'll probably be well enough to be out of the house by around mid-November.

— In terms of plans the Big Thing for her in November is that finally, the puppy-crush on Fraser is coming to an end. She's going to see him and Sveta together, have her heart broken, and go and kiss Tim. Yes, Tim.

Canon: In The Flesh
Residence: 20 Basin Overlook, living alone!
Notable CR: Cornelius Hickey (his remaining bestie, his boy!!); Holland March (just a normal adult he's cool with lmao); Billy Gibson (the only sane man); Chloe Frazer (fellow free runner); Konstantin Veshnyakov + Bigby Wolf + Louis Longname (hello fellow supernatural weirdos) Ruby Rose (sisterly-shaped). There's also plus a few more, Kieren's got a fair chunk of CR tbh — he's met a whole host of people lately!

Skills: Perceptive. Artistic. Empathetic. Undead. (I guess it's a skill?) He's also a pretty good Pack Mule, tbh.
Aurora Feat: Free Runner + Cold Fusion. Gotta go fast and can be outside forever.

Wanted CR: Anything and everything. Friends would be great. Kieren's a sarcastic little shit when he wants to be and is still just a teen, but also just having people to hang with. Anyone who's Not Quite Human would be dope, given Kieren's... whole deal. Kieren's also one of the Modern Kids (he's from 2013) so he's pretty good at explaining modern living, tbh.

Unwanted CR: I prefer not to have negative CR for the sake of it, that being said — people now knowing Kieren's a zombie and initially not being okay with it is 100% something I'm down for. I'm also not actively looking for romance, but it's not off the table. If something happens, it'll likely be a massive slowburn. Kieren's not really in the right head-space for it, and he comes with a lot of baggage and identity issues with his zombie status.

Day to Day: Kieren keeps to himself, for the most part. He lives alone and is basically just... trying to keep his head down. He is desperately trying to blend in and not be noticed. He's around Milton doing a lot of menial work like firewood gathering and the like, the cold doesn't bother him all that much due to his inability to feel, and he even has the additional bonus of no longer being suseptible to frostbite. Huzzah!

The Story So Far / Plans:

— Also did not have Hot Girl Summer. He killed and ate someone in June, was found 'not guilty' in the trial and IMMEDIATELY left and basically hid himself away in Lakeside from the end of June until almost mid-August. Came back to Milton and dealt with the fallout with his CR. He's doing a bit better now with all of that, at least.

— Received the Cold Fusion Feat, but didn't even notice it at first lmao

— Received the knife that was used to kill Rick, still covered in Rick's blood. Is not okay about this.

— Lost his bestie Eddie, with him disappearing. Kieren's spent a lot of late September and into October looking for him. He's also taken Eddie's guitar and is looking after it for him, in the hope Eddie comes back. Find him on Aurora Nights sadly plucking strings in honour of Eddie's Aurora Shows. He misses him a lot, y'all.

— Turned up to the Harvest Party without any cover-up on or contacts in. He's shit-scared about it but he's trying his best, and Spooky Season is the best time to try and Be Brave about going 'au naturale'.

I played Callisto for a hot minute and she found Kieran weirdly soothing, and I think Shaw might, too? The zombie thing is definitely something that would weird her out at first, but she'd get over it eventually, which could be an interesting progression to play out!
