Notable CR: Arthur forcibly adopted him after one meeting and housed him for a couple of days, so if you know Arthur you might have seen Charles around.
Skills: Combat (decent with two-handed weapons, knives, and hands), lockpicking
Aurora Feat: n/a

Wanted CR: He's still just getting started so everything, pretty much! Positive CR, negative CR (petty or otherwise, he can be a hothead), people he can look out for, or who will try to look out for him. He's a kid who doesn't think he's really a kid, so people are welcome to attempt to parent (or big-sibling) him and keep him from making bad choices. The more experienced with self-appointed tough teen boys who don't know emotional honesty, the better. Trustworthy adults he can feel safe around are a plus, but so are assholes he clashes with.

Unwanted CR: He's a chronic flirt but not going for anything serious.

Day to Day: Still exploring the area. Striking up conversations just out of excitement that he can. Trying to learn new skills (fishing, foraging, firestarting, etc.) with mixed success. Fixing up his house with zero handyman skills. Absolutely not reading the steamy romance novels his home's former owner left behind. Secretly looking for other ghosts and trying to figure out what the deal is with the afterlife here.

The Story So Far / Plans: Charles has now been in the game for six weeks! For the first few he was hellbent on getting back home and overwhelmed by suddenly having a body and being visible to a whole town of people, so he mostly kept to himself up until the attacks started happening. Trying to assist in the Forest Talker fight led to him getting a nasty head injury, but the help he got from Kate and Arthur afterwards made it really sink in that he's part of a community here, and might as well act like it. He'll be spending the next few weeks making an effort to help out more, trying to learn some more useful skills so he can pull his weight. From there I don't have any masterplan or anything! Just seeing what character developments happen organically, and (my favorite) finding some found family.

Levi has plenty of experience with self-appointed tough teens, though how successful he was with them is questionable (at least one went on to start a world-destroying cataclysm). Surely it's only up from there though, right?

This teen at least has no intention of starting any world-destroying cataclysms, so that's a point in his favor! It's probably within his skill set as an impulsive wild-card, though.

Just don't strain your neck looking up while you glare judgingly at him, Levi.

definitely offering up bruce for attempting to keep him out of trouble and offering support; he can relate to be a kid who never got to be a kid. (Because, like Charles: abusive father yaaaaay)

Resistant and bratty though he may be at first, I am 1000% on board with all supportive adult CR, give this kid some positive male role models to replace his shitty dad!
