god I know most of this could probably be handwaved but if you ever want to thread out Kostya trying to impress her with his ass-ets or her tormenting him in any capacity for some dumb shenanigans, I'm always here for it...

goddd the montage, truly an incredible mental image... His condition got Stabilised again recently after getting some good People Brains in his system, so he'll be ready to be a true menace in October, while it lasts... Running past her windows without throwing up blood after! Dropping to do push-ups in the middle of the street when she's heading his way! She'll be so impressed!
