boys' night!! Whenever there's room on the agenda for it, I definitely need these two to hang out for some kind of rare non-harrowing, non-emotionally charged time..... Sure, there's all the horrible weight of that recent Terror Meeting hanging over our heads! Time to Suppress!

ALSO, there's the cursed Hickey-Gibson wedding shower / harvest party thing happening this month that I meant to ask you about re: do you think Irving would be attending that.... I'm so torn on Ned LOL. He'd probably feel like he Should, but also the lieutenants attending, specifically, is definitely hella awkward.

BOYS NIGHT YESSSS THEY NEED IT THEY DESERVE IT THEY HAVE EARNED IT........ i don't know what boys night would like FOR THEM but they gotta, & more selfishly i would of course LOVE to have another little thread but, a slightly lower key one this time that won't take me forever to tag back each time like the rest 😭

ohhhhh god no i don't think irving would go to that LJSAKFH FOR SO MANY REASONS most recent of which probably that he doesn't want to witness gibson committing such outrageous folly... it's tragic! it's HICKEY! like, if it was ANYBODY else irving might consider humoring the occasion out of curiosity purely in the interest of science and god of course but the thought of lending any sort of credence to what hickey (and gibson) are doing by attending HE JUST CAN'T DO IT BUDDY

... but if little does go irving might ask him to passage along some kind of message to gibson on his behalf so, in a way he'll still have been there in spirit <3

YESSSS they deserve some kind of Fun Activity!!! These two trying to plan a fun night and it's just like "sitting down quietly with tea".... Little absolutely does not know how to Have Fun and Do Recreational Things but I am determined.... Or maybe Boys Afternoon if needed — they could take that little stroll idea, maybe tack on a picnic or something with it, or go ice skating at the Basin... I think I read somewhere that ice skating was a Hot Activity for Victorians....

I WAS THINKING HE MIGHT RATHER DIE THAN GO fhdhg poor Jirv it's just the worst environment for him... he wouldn't survive... If Little does go, he'd definitely pass on a message for him!! Laughing at him just awkwardly and quietly sitting there like "I represent The Lieutenants TM" and then just gets antagonised somehow by Hickey

THEY COULD HAVE TEA AND CONVERSATION... play a board game maybe... and of course drinking is always an option, but omg ice skating is SO CUTE i love that... and all the other ideas (stroll + picnic + hike??) too somehow it feels so right... they can get comfortable in each other's company and we'll see how the conversation goes

LMAOOOO IT WOULD BE SO FUNNY AND SO AWKWARD i gotta think about what irving would Want Said to gibson (by little) (on irving's behalf) because it'd have to be exactly the right tone... he probably wouldn't bother otherwise if he didn't have anything particularly significant (in his opinion) to say in favor of Looking Away and Pretending Not To See It but it's a tough one because his feelings are still so ???? we'll have to see

ohhh my gosh, I really love the stroll + picnic + hike idea actually, that could be a good way for them to get to know each other a bit more outside of The House / Work Obligations, and then maybe future fun ice skating could be a thing on the horizon sometime...!
