Character Name: Illarion (though he has not told anyone that yet)
Canon: Original
Residence: Community Hall FOR NOW, but he will be moving on this month-ish
Notable CR: He is KIND OF WITHDRAWN but he recognizes Kieren as a Fellow Undead Bro and he and Levi the Larger have a thing going where they help each other out without knowing each other's names, it's great.
Skills: Hunting, foraging, woodcraft/survival, first aid, g u n, fighting, scouting. Used to be a skilled diplomat and military commander but he'll tell you that man died.
Aurora Feat: No feats for Bird.

Wanted CR: Just about anything! He is especially ... interested is not quite the right word, but he engages with other non-humans or otherwise outsiders a lot more fluidly than he does Upstanding Members of the Community (do we even have those??).
Unwanted CR: No romance, please!

Day to Day: Even with the cold coming on Illarion spends about as much time outside as he conceivably can--mostly hunting, foraging, and fishing, though also scouting Milton's perimeter and assessing its defensibility anew after September's events. He tends to keep away from many of the community hotspots when they're occupied by other people--except the community hall, since he's still sleeping there for not having much of an emotion about where else he might crash. (He'll pick something eventually.)

His few times of social contact are whenever he comes in to visit the library (and sometimes read obsessively for hours), or check the message board. He's not shy then about latching onto other Interlopers to ask them questions about whatever he's reading, or whatever events are happening in the community, and can go like that for quite a while before apparently losing interest in the whole exercise and just wandering off again.

The Story So Far / Plans: Illarion is keeping to the fringes of Milton's community again after an absolute orgy of violence (and people-eating) in September. He's shifted his research (and obsessive question-asking) focus to anything and everything to do with the Forest Talkers, the Darkwalker, and the yawning grave--and will likely be frustrated by how little there is on these subjects. Someone may need to rescue the once-Forest Talkers from him or he'll pester them with questions until they die.

Also might start asking people whether giant worms are native to Earth. No real reason. Definitely didn't see anything weird during the Forest Talker attack.

Ruby's about as Upstanding Member of Society as we've got here, I think.

She should definitely bother him at some point and we can see how it goes.
