Character Name: Arthur Lester
Canon: Malevolent (Podcast)
Residence: 12 Thompson's Drive, currently alone
Notable CR: Arthur is trying desperately to convince Charles to come and live with him, which might succeed yet. He's also one of the many people adopting Kate, and is deeply invested in Konstantin, but otherwise he's keeping a generally polite-professional distance from most people.
Skills: Private investigator and all that entails, including a great deal of larceny-related skills, and a moderate knowledge of Lovecraftian/Eldritch horror, which he's finding is less common than he'd expect. Maybe one day he'll get his One Canon Ability back
Aurora Feat: None as of yet!

Wanted CR: Arthur needs some actual friends so fucking bad, even if he thinks that them being in his life is going to get them killed. He's also adopted TWO (2) teenagers and I'm looking for a trifecta if not MORE. Let this 34yo single dad be the Loving Father Figure your character needs.
Unwanted CR: No romance, but I'm all about OOCly-communicated Negative CR.

Day to Day: Arthur tries to keep himself busy, so he's literally always out doing something. He's slowly disassembling the ruined house next to his for lumber/firewood and supplies, he's started going ice fishing with Konstantin, and is slowly learning to make traps for hunting.

The Story So Far / Plans: He spent his first month and change getting himself established and settled somewhere safe, which means he can now start exploring and learning more in earnest. He learned about the talismans from Raylan so he really wants to learn more about those, and possibly how to make them (he knows about the blood thing) so he can help protect people and also Be Useful.

But also he's a PI so he sort of wants to set up a red string board somewhere with all the shit they know about the Darkwalker so everyone can stay on the same page and maybe learn more about it to help fight against it.

if he wants to learn how to make the talismans, i wouldn't mind offering for him to learn from billy, if you wanted to do a thread about it! c: there has been a message on the message board that implies billy knows how to make them, if you need an excuse for arthur to find out billy knows!

That sounds like a fantastic idea :> I have an open post for Arthur, if you like I can set up a top-level for him hunting down Billy to ask him more about it (fun when Arthur barely knows his name lmao) or you can make one for them meeting up some other way!
