okokok. before i depart on a 2 week hiatus i just wanna be like: points to your sad mapmaking exploring depressed weirdo man. points to my own sad mapmaking exploring depressed weirdo man. just two guys who don't like to give their names! good thing there was no booze in the apocalypse, who knows who max might've become. ANYWAY, maybe they meet in a random location to note on their maps ooor max stumbles upon the gas station to pick it over for any possible supplies?

The idea that Max stumbles on the gas station and possibly triggers a trap (cause Bruce is a paranoid gremlin) makes me giggle. I don't think it'd be anything lethal, just a noisemaker to alert Bruce someone's snooping around. If they don't kill each other they can compare their maps.
