Hi all, Mili here! I had to drop a few months ago due to RL issues making tagging difficult, but I have returned! For those of you who don't know her already, Lieutenant Arilanna "Ari" Tayrey is an original character of mine from a spacefaring setting. Born a director's daughter on a corporate colony world, she ran away from home at age 13 to join the Tradelines, an interstellar military-and-trading outfit. She's now a qualified lieutenant and second astrogator on her ship. If you're interested, there's more about her story in the journal.
Important Tayrey facts: she's a vegetarian and also a libertarian, and her society is built on the notion of 'fair contract'. She won't accept gifts, or any kind of help without giving something in return, no matter how inconvenient this might be for her or anyone else. Supernatural happenings make no sense to her and she'll always look for some rational explanation. If you can get past all that, she's steady and dependable and a very loyal friend to have.
When she was last here she spent a lot of time foraging, and chopping and trading firewood. She also likes exploring and was one of the people developing the Milton-Silverpoint trade route, in part because it made her feel useful again - a Tradeliner establishing a line of trade felt right to her. She has Old Bear's Blessing and I'm contemplating giving her Efficient Machine, which she will not like (she's fond of a drink when she can get it) but it'll be good for her since she struggles to get enough calories without eating meat, and it's thematically interesting given that she's so single-minded about her career and being efficient and productive and profitable.
Hoping to pick up her old CR and have her meet new people! She likes sensible military types but I am up for all kinds of CR. Thank you to everyone who tagged her on the TDM - I'm getting back to that tomorrow now that the holiday chaos is over. I'm

Speaking of! I am definitely still down to thread out that "alien reveal" thread if you like, OR if you'd rather just handwave it happened, OR if you'd like, maybe no alien reveal actually happened then, and we could do something with that now that Ari's back in game! She is Miss Huang from Severance: an extremely good sci-fi psychological thriller with strong dystopian vibes. The basic gist is that in the near-future, employees at the mysterious Lumon Industries can undergo a surgical procedure known as "Severance" that splits them into two consciousnesses: the Outie who lives their personal/home life and the Innie who lives their work life. These two "selves" have no memory of what the other does. Naturally, there's some spooky nefarious stuff happening beneath the surface. "Miss Huang" is introduced in season 2 as the new deputy manager of the Severed floor. This is perhaps weird and concerning because she's only thirteen or fourteen years old. But I'm sure everything is fine!
Being mindful that Severance is chockful of plot twists, I'm going to be careful not to spoil anything for those who may want to avoid them (and there's a lot that Miss Huang herself doesn't actually know), but spoilery things are sure to not be fully unavoidable, especially with her canonpoint. Please make use of my opt out post if you'd prefer not to be tagged by this character, or if you have any specific requests there!
As far as my plans for her in the game, I'll be pulling her from the end of season 2, where she'll be rolling up to Milton dressed in her little coat & earmuffs over her crisp corporate uniform like this — with the bust of a man's head included, yes. This is probably normal.
She is going to be highly confused for many reasons, and may appear on the surface like a very innocent little girl, but interactions with her will prove that she seems almost more like a mini robot than a human child. (This is also probably normal.)
I did have her on a previous TDM, but have changed her canonpoint since then, so I'd prefer to nix all of those and start fresh with introductions! I'll be tossing up an open log for her shortly, and look forward to building cr with her ♡

hey sing! i'm jessi, and i'm bringing back around jason todd, who had been in game for about a yearish(??) previously. jason was the second robin to batman who died when he was fifteen, dug his way out of his grave some months later, then decided to be dramatic about his return to gotham like the theater kid he always wished he was.
during his time in game previously, jason had gained moon touched and old bear's blessing, adding to his feral berserker vibes.
i look forward to reintroing him to the game after his having been missing for the last ~7 months or so! i'm always down for plotting and seeing what kind of shenanigans we can get into, so please feel free to reach out to me on plurk at

Hi! I’m Reid, and I’m a returning player. Last time I had Bruce Banner here, until a broken shoulder (BOO) made me drop him, but I’m excited to return with another monster/man combo: Frankenstein’s Creature from Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein. He technically has no name, but to avoid driving my writing partners/myself insane, he will decide to go by Adam after he arrives.
He’s a fairly new soul that is very curious about the world, since he had no memories of his own once he was “created”, but a lot of that innocent curiosity has been buried by the abuse and loss he’s endured during his short time being alive. I’m excited for him to rediscover that curiosity and make some new friends - and have a Bad Time, of course.
No immediate plans other than hopefully getting him his strength back soon, but thanks to everyone who tagged with him on the TDM! I’ll try to get back to threads when I’m FINALLY back at home next week (yay holiday travel). If you’d like to plot, please DM this account and/or add me on plurk!

Hello everyone! My name is Jenny, I'm a brand new player, and Jessi bullied me into apping Bellamy Blake from The 100 for the endgame! The 100 is one of those goofy CW shows with over the top plots, questionable lore, and lots of drama, specifically following a group trying to survive post-apocalyptic Earth after a nuclear disaster.
Bellamy spent most of his life up in space, and then the last year or so on Earth, neither of which were super cushy or had lots of luxuries like... idk, enough food for everyone, so the survival aspects of Sing won't be too unusual to him. He's a definite people person, tends to adopt others, and can be very protective and (way too) loyal. He's also secretly a huge nerd who loves classical mythology.

I've somehow never seen The 100 but it's one of those shows I've always wanted to binge-watch and I definitely need to do that. In the meantime, Bellamy sounds like a really interesting dude, I definitely need to toss mine at him!
In particular, I think Konstantin might be fun — he's a cosmonaut from the 80's who came here straight out of space, where he picked up a gnarly alien symbiote.... It's actually still with him in game, nerfed to Mere Parasite status. He'd be VERY interested in chatting with Bellamy and asking him about his experience, seeing if he might have encountered any alien life forms himself up there... But also just in general he'd be so glad to have another person around for Team Space, currently being him and Arilanna Tayrey (

Hello! So I’m Bri, and I’m finally bringing in a new character to join Zoey! TWO new characters, as a matter of fact. Because why not go hard before endgame?
First is Nancy Wheeler from Stranger Things! She was just a normal 80s teenager, worried about school, and boys… only shit got WEIRD in Hawkins and she took several levels in badass. Now she’s an 80s teenager who’s one hell of a shot and who knows that there are, in fact, monsters under the bed. Only the bed is Hawkins. Her current canon point is the end of season 4.
And next is Lucy Gray Baird, from The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes (film-version). She’s coming from the end of the Hunger Games (but not the end of the movie) where she’s singing to the snakes. Lucy Gray is from post-apocalyptic Panem, where, after a civil war, the government decided what better way to stick it to the citizens than to make a bunch of kids fight to the death every year. She’s from District 12, but she’s not from District 12. She’s Covey, which are a nomadic people known for their music and performances. Her particular group got rounded up and stuck in District 12.
I have no real plans with either of them except generally throwing them into the thick of things and getting them to meet new people. Also being mean to them. Because why should Zoey have all the fun?
