February CR Meme
CR MEME
As Endgame approaches, this would also be a good place to look at things you'd like to do before the game ends, if you have plans to off your character before the end or are looking to finish any arcs.
Below is a helpful form to use in laying out your thoughts!

OOC Limits: Not interested in any permanent limb loss for mine, though beyond that I'm pretty much down for anything. Will all three of mine survive till endgame?? Who knows! I would however like some warnings for any graphic injuries to eyes or explicit suicide in a thread
Rorschach | Watchmen (2009)
Canon: Watchmen (2009 movie version)
Residence: He sleeps a lot in a back room at the library, but since he's paranoid he's got two other safehouses around Milton
Notable CR: He's very close to Kate, protective of her, while she helps remind him to stay human. He's got a It's Complicated kind of friendship with Louis, given he's let the vampire feed off of him multiple times now throughout the game. Also has a It's Complicated kind of frenemy relationship with Konstantin, knowing about his Big Worm situation but not judging him too hard for it. Friends(?) with the older Levi, who has shamed him into practicing more proper hygiene and who he sees a lot of himself in. Other people he sees as allies and friends are the younger Levi, Bigby, and Frodo. Forever enemies with Hickey and by extension Billy.
Skills: A good fighter, good at surviving, and after this many years he's got some good skills in tracking and hunting animals after spending so much time with Methuselah.
Aurora Feat: Aurora Call, which he uses most frequently to communicate with people, given his utter disconnect between his mind and mouth when it comes to verbally communicating. Also has Interloper's Sacrifice, which I haven't gotten to play around with much, and Old Bear's Blessing.
Wanted CR: Up for anything really! My favorite type of positive CR is the kind of person who can bring out his humanity, whether that's as friends, family, or anything in-between. Also up for him teaming up with people he doesn't know well as uneasy and reluctant allies. Anyone he needs to protect automatically brings out his softer and more vulnerable side too.
I'm definitely up for negative because Rorschach has the tendency to ruffle a LOT of feathers with his general attitude and his very black-and-white way of thinking. Due to his positively Victorian thinking, he can have a lot of dated attitudes, including misogyny and homophobia, though he can also learn to evolve and change with enough time.
Unwanted CR: Nothing negative that just goes round and round without growing and evolving.
Day to Day: He's in Milton 90% of the time and sees the town as his to protect. Back when there was a clear definition of night and day, he'd sleep during the day, and patrol at night. Now he just sort of does whatever since his internal clock is off. You can often find him up a tree or on a rooftop, watching everyone. He is the nosy sort who goes through everyone's trash and has a conspiracy board he's kept since the very beginning, trying to figure out how this place works.
The Story So Far / Plans: Part of the first Interloper group to arrive, Rorschach has been forced to bend some of his black-and-white thinking over the last two and a half years. He's reached a point of acceptance that he's never going back to his own time and place and has decided to stay in Milton for as long as possible. What worries him is that things are definitely getting dire and he's worried the fragile balance that this place rests on is about to crumble. Having seen the worst of humanity, he knows they'll eat each other alive at the end of the day. When that happens, he knows he won't be able to protect everyone, and that's the thought that keeps him up at night.
Endgame To Do List: I'd love to give him a reason to be forced to kill an Interloper, NPC or otherwise, so that the emotional fallout from that can be played out. Also a chance to use his Interloper's Sacrifice ability to save someone. Something I'd like for close CR is a chance for him to reveal what his face looks like under the mask, though that's definitely going to be for when he thinks he and everyone else here probably isn't going to survive much longer, so it'll definitely be feeling like he's saying goodbye with that.
Anything Else?:
Benjamin "Dex" Poindexter | MCU
Canon: MCU, specifically the Daredevil TV show
Residence: 4 Mackenzie Street
Notable CR: Of all the Interlopers he's interacted with thus far, he's found the most in common with Tim and Raylan. He's still getting to know everyone a lot better
Skills: Can shoot or throw anything with insane accuracy. Good at close combat, though not as much as he is with long-range. Has learned a little about tracking, hunting, and skinning from both Methuselah and Tim.
Aurora Feat: Moon Touched, Free Runner, and Darkwalker's Revenge. Being able to turn into a wolf is his favorite of the three and he is sad he can't do it much anymore. :( The Darkwalker's Revenge is causing all sorts of havoc in a mind none too steady to begin with.
Wanted CR: Up for anything with him! Friends, enemies, a romantic interest if anyone wants to pursue that. Dex tries to put on a facade of normality as much as he can which often means that he keeps 90% of people at arm's length because he doesn't want them to see the real version of himself beneath the surface, he's afraid of hurting them, or simply because he just doesn't care about them. For the last 10%, he is intensely loyal, will break every rule in the book to keep them safe, and literally kill for them if they ask him to (and probably even if they don't).
Unwanted CR: Nothing springs to mind at the moment.
Day to Day: He'd been taking to hunting almost every day in an effort to keep some kind of normalcy going in his life, but with the animals starting to become scarce and the fog rolling in, he's been stuck in his house with his wolfdog Cy Young far more than is healthy for someone with such an emotionally fragile mind. He often heads to the Community Hall to trade the animals he hunts for whatever else he needs and also in an attempt to act normal.
The Story So Far / Plans: Dex has been attempting to maintain a rigid structured life with routines in it, which is one of the only ways to keep him from going off the rails. With all of that breaking down and having a none too stable mind, he snapped a little earlier than probably everyone else is going to. In his warped thinking, he comes to think that there's too many Interlopers here and that not everyone is going to survive, so he goes on a killing spree that ends up with three dead before he's finally able to be stopped. Log for that can be found here if anyone wants to play around with it!
Endgame To Do List: Dex is at a bit of a knife's edge right now, very much caught between trying to still be a good person and be better than the darkness that's inside of him and tilting the other way towards giving into the worst parts of himself and wantonly murdering without care anymore because they're all gonna die, so what does it matter? How he interacts with people in the upcoming months will decide which way he gets pushed.
Anything Else?:
Connor Wolf | Fables
Canon: Fables, specifically the Everafter spin-off
Residence: 35 Basin Overlook, specifically with his father Bigby and mother Snow
Notable CR: His parents, of course, though I still need to get him to branch out a little bit more since he's my newest character.
Skills: He's good at fighting and using weapons and knows how to survive in the wilderness better than most thanks to spending half his life as a wolf.
Aurora Feat: Moon Touched, Old Bear's Blessing, and Efficient Machine. It's made him pretty tough up until all the Aurora Feats went bonkers.
Wanted CR: Up for anything! I'd like him to get closer to some of the Interlopers. He's a very friendly little himbo, so he's easy to make friends with. Maybe even someone he can have a bit of a romance with, given he's the only one of my three that's good for that sort of thing. Just note he doesn't really do longterm relationships, not that it's gonna be a problem given how there's only a few months left.
Unwanted CR: Nothing springs to him!
Day to Day: When he's not at home, he's most often at the Community Hall. Being an extrovert, he likes spending time with people, and with that being the biggest hub of people in this place, he likes to be there often.
The Story So Far / Plans: He's relieved that Bigby and Snow have gotten together cause the dodo was convinced he was gonna cause some kind of Back To The Future kind of paradox that would prevent he and his siblings from being born. With that out of the way, his thoughts have mostly turned to just the day-to-day survival aspect of the entire situation he finds himself in.
Endgame To Do List: No real arc with him planned. Just playing it mostly by ear with him and see what comes naturally.
