CR MEME

As Endgame approaches, this would also be a good place to look at things you'd like to do before the game ends, if you have plans to off your character before the end or are looking to finish any arcs.
Below is a helpful form to use in laying out your thoughts!

Dem // Levi Ackerman // Attack On Titan
Player Contact: @ me in game discord,
OOC Limits: Not interested in (further) permanent injury/dismemberment unless hashed out OOCly first. Not really planning to kill him off but it could happen!
Character Name: Levi Ackerman.
Canon: Attack On Titan.
Residence: He moves around. When in Milton he's usually staying at the town hall, but he has also claimed a lonely hermit cabin in the west part of Lakeside, and sometimes camps around the woods or other buildings too, when the weather permits. He might occasionally make the trip to Silverpoint, whether for trading or to accompany someone so they don't have to journey alone, and (probably more frequently) to Mountain's Watch.
With the darkness persisting and his feats now making him feel... Not Great, he will most likely be spending most of his time around Milton. Feel free to note it as unusual.
Notable CR: Honestly he's probably at least seen most of the older residents so far, but he's also reluctant to get too close. Off the top of my head, he is fond of the other Levi, Vasiliy, Billy, and Frodo, and has formed a weird
friendshipUnderstanding with Rorschach. He's had positive interactions/so far has good impressions of Konstantin, Hickey (oh no), Kate and Eddie.He also has a (likely misplaced) sense of reluctant resposibility toward Dorian (and now likely Dex) thanks to interfering with their happy happy murder times and deciding that's apparently his job now.
He was rather close to Randvi so her death has rattled him more than he shows. He is also now taking care of her wolfdog, Ulfrùn.
Skills:
• Combat skills: he's an extremely skilled combatant both hand to hand and with a knife, thanks to years of merciless training and experience as a thug and a soldier. He's got fast reflexes and the creativity to use his surroundings to his benefit. He's also extremely lethal with the spiderman exoskeleton 3D Maneuver Gear, which he does have ingame but unfortunately it doesn't work outside Auroras!
• Street smarts and criminal history: Theft, lock-picking, intimidation tactics, deal-making, quick wits. He knows basic first aid and can patch up simple wounds. He's also quite good at reading people, though he's also awkward and often doesn't know how to respond to it properly.
• Military experience: He can read maps and plans, handle and maintain firearms and explosives (a bit outdated versions, though), lead a group or follow orders (only if he finds them sensible), communicate with gestures or signals. He's able to adjust and adapt tactics on the fly, though he leaves the big strategy planning to others. He also knows how to care for horses.
• Scouting experience: He has experience in traversing hostile terrain and has some basic survival skills like starting a fire, finding and cleaning water, setting up a tent, hunting and preparing game, very basic tracking and ability to find directions.
• Housekeeping: He is amazing at cleaning. He also demands everyone else be amazing at cleaning, which they're usually not. In addition he knows how to prepare tea, bake, make some simple meals, do laundry, mend clothes or sew in missing buttons. He also likely knows how to make simple house repairs, like covering holes or insulating windows.
• Food preservation: After the time spent ingame, he's gotten better at drying herbs, smoking and drying meats, might have even made rudimentary rosehip jam at some point. Notably, he has learned about smoking fish from the Silverpoint locals (and he's willing to share it with others). He has also been reading books about local plant life and has pretty good knowledge about what is safe to gather/eat.
Aurora Feat: Interloper's Sacrifice, Old Bear's Blessing, Lightbringer (he hasn't gotten the last one fully under control before the feats going haywire takes place).
Wanted CR: Anything honestly! Would love him to make more friends, but also always happy to have mentees, troublemakers to discipline or break up, kids to mother hen over or wrangle, nerds to teach about survival, buddies to hate cops with, malewives to obsess over cleaning with, fellow old timers that would join him in gawking at modern technology, sparring partners, you name it.
Enemies/rivals/negative CR/people who just don't stomach him well are good with me, too (he's not difficult to dislike!), though I'd prefer to keep it from escalating into serious levels where the characters would want to outright kill each other. Petty gripes, unflattering gossip and/or some thrown punches are all fine.
Unwanted CR: I love shipping if the chemistry is right, but it can take a lot of work as he's preoccupied with survival and is somewhere on the ace spectrum. I'm more than fine with characters showing interest in him, but I can't necessarily promise it will lead to anything.
Day to Day:
- Mostly moving between Milton and Lakeside -- going out into the wilds to hunt and explore, bring as much as he can catch (or carry, whichever applies) back to town to help keep everyone fed. Rest for a few days, then go out again.
- The above occupies most of his time, but he's also willing to help with whatever projects people may have in town or elsewhere as long as he deems it useful (like making soap or maintaining the greenhouse). He's willing to act as guard detail for someone young or non-fighty wanting to go out explore as well.
- He frequents the Hydrodam in Lakeside for its running hot water in the showers, and the Hot Springs on Milton's side, for basically the same reason.
- Whenever he's at Town Hall, he can often be found cleaning the place top to bottom. He claims he finds it comforting.
- Now that Shit Is Hitting The Fan, he's hanging around Milton more (though does still wander out further as game gets scarce). If you need someone to break up a fight or give your character his food, he's your guy!
The Story So Far / Plans:
- He has been mauled by the Old Bear in early March last year and now has permanent scars on his face, right hand and chest from the attack.
- He has learned a lot about gathering and preserving food, which he can now help someone else with (not that there's much to find at the moment...)
- He is interested/willing to help in any efforts trying to set up a sustainable trade effort with Silverpoint or Mountain's Watch. If you need someone to pick herbs to sell or guard you on the way or help pull your sled with the wares he's your guy.
- He's willing to provide sparring (or hunting/tracking/dirty fighting/etc, see skill list) lessons to those who ask.
- Has mostly been staing in or near Milton's Town Hall since February started.
- As I mentioned, Darkwalker killing Randvi has left him out of sorts (he basically thinks they can't win now, not that it'll stop him from trying).
- The prolonged darkness is actually awful for his mental health for many reasons but he's so used to stress and repressing things that it's not immediately obvious. Still, it's not going to help with everything else going on.
- He's likely going to try and put Methuselah's Rune around the community center and possibly a larger area... someone stop and/or help him before he runs out of blood lol.
Endgame To Do List:
Honestly I've been sort of winging it so I don't really have a list of anything I feel I absolutely must do. I'll happily lend him for other characters' arcs!
Some thoughts off the top of my head;
- Him having to confront someone he likes or defend someone he doesn't because it's the right thing could be cool;
- Always down for good old justified (sometimes barely) murder;
- Would love to get to play with his awkward dad side more. If anybody needs a safe harbor for the dark times (as safe as it can get under these circumstances...)
- Likewise, him breaking up someone else's fight or just delivering slaps for misbehaviour like he's commanding his own unit again would be great.
- HAVE HIM EFFECTIVELY USE 3DMG DURING AN AURORA... i have no idea what it'd be for but hey, there be monsters.
- He's still hellbent on going home, but that might not even be an option -- either way the conclusion might be tough on him!
- Might consider killing him off, preferably as heroic sacrifice (whether to save someone else or to deal some sort of blow to the Darkwalker), though it is IC for him to survive and be left in the wrecked landscape of the aftermath.
Anything Else?:
