It totally counts. [ Listen, Kieren isn't completely adverse to proper hugs. But like, he gets it. Little prefers space. He's Victorian. Kieren prefers space. He's a Zombie. ]

I think they call it a 'man-hug', these days.

It's kind of all stemmed in... uh, like— men being afraid to be affectionate with one another. Or not like 'afraid', but— like it's seen as a bad thing? It's a whole can of worms. Long story.

You see it a lot in places like where I live, even in modern times.
