And you're absolutely correct! I've yet to meet a hat I didn't like — top hats, fezzes, Stetsons, bowlers. A little joy atop your head.

Sorely lacking, actually! I've taken my complaints up with management.

One guy kept complaining about the cold, but the warmest stuff he could find had all these little duckies on it.

They are very real, Randvi, and very, very delightful. If I had the means I'd be glad to introduce you to them — a smidge of jam spread between two buttery biscuits. Have you known anything more delicious?

The trick is to bluff well, which I did! Convinced them it was a bomb, which was more or less believed at enough distance. Believed enough to buy some time.
