Someone who kills multiple people without conflict involved. Usually the same way, one at a time, and always in secret, so that nobody else knows who's doing it.

[ Omg... Randvi don't Hidden Ones usually have good reasons for what they do? Aren't their targets sources of conflict in some way? Then again, one could argue that Kenny was merely cleaning the city of "cops", so there is that. ]
