It's true.

It was one of the most embarrassing things ever-

Does it count as your career if it happened at school? I think that's where you're supposed to blow up.

It was school to train for career? So I think it kind of counts. And they were pretty loosey goosey with the whole survival thing there too.

Well, I'd imagine so if they were going to let you explode on your first day.

That was all me, actually.

They just catapulted me, and the other students off a cliff into a monster infested forest.

Definitely more of a catapult. There was no sling in this.

Yeah. Well it was the kind of school that prepared you to go out into the world and fight monsters. We had form teams once we landed and secure an item on the other side of the forest. Kind of an intense first day.

Yeah, you'd think they'd train you first!

Well they did! But they sort of expected you to come in at a certain level too!

...Which didn't stop one of my friends from getting in.

And also it's what got me in two years early!

And yeah. If there is one thing I've noticed it's that things work a lot differently back where I'm from compared to what a lot of people here are used to.
