Hello, new friends! I'm Cloude bringing in Michonne Grimes, from not just The Walking Dead, but the six episodes after the end of the show, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live. Michonne has been looking for her husband now for eight years, raising their kids Judith and RJ, never believing he's dead even when over the years, it's been very easy to give up.

She's coming in from before finding him, after spending a year cooped up inside an abandoned Bed, Bath, and Beyond-type store as she recovered from being chlorine gassed. It took the entire twelve-months for her lungs to finally heal enough to continue on, and as soon as she decides to, here she is. In this place. Not happy in any way. She's going to believe the longer she's here, the less likely it is she can go back to finding Rick. She's already been away from her kids for over a year, she can't justify it any longer. Her kids have had birthdays, and she missed them.

She'll also talk a lot about not getting to know anyone because she can't get attached to another community, but we all know that's gonna wind up a lie. She'll be in her element here, and I'm thrilled.

A little backstory: Before the end of the world, Michonne had a two-year-old kid named Mikey, and she lost him fairly quickly. Her story comes with a lot of trauma, including a time when she had to kill or be killed in a setting with knife-wielding children, so please, please let me know if there's anything we need to avoid getting into at any time. I have an opt out at the bottom of her permissions/info page.

About me; I'm months away from 40, a reader, a light gamer, and I'm married with two cats. My job just got a little busier for the first time in literal years, so I'm adjusting to that but so far, so good! I'm in Oklahoma on central time, and I try to get through my inbox at least once a day. I paused my TDM threads on the chance I didn't get in, but now I'm happy to continue them! I'll be hitting them back, and please feel free to either keep 'em going or we can gear up for new stuff. Also feel free to add me on plurk over at babybananas

Hello Cloude, and welcome to the game! I'm Jhey, and I have two horror guys here — Lieutenant Edward Little from The Terror (a Victorian from the doomed Franklin Expedition) and Commander Konstantin Veshnyakov sputnik from the movie Sputnik (a cosmonaut from the 80's who ended up infested with an alien parasite... as one does,)

I'm super excited to see Michonne join our ranks, she's so good. ;; I'd love to toss either of my guys at her sometime, and am looking forward to seeing how things go with her in game!!

Bringing Michonne in just felt kinda perfect for her after a years-long break from writing her, so I'm pumped to jump in :D Thanks for the welcome Jhey!

I'm laughing because Edward "Nervous Ned" Little would be so intimidated by her and it would be hilarious to see, HAHA. But I do think Konstantin could also offer some fun potential — he's flirty and friendly (very 'Russian Jim Kirk') but Gets Serious pretty quickly as well (the alien parasite is nerfed down but still with him here in game, so he's got some ookiness going on). But he also has a kid back home that he feels oodles of guilt over and is pretty desperate to return to, so there are some nifty common themes there that could be fun to play around with!

Hello and welcome! I'm Chase, and I play Holland March from the Nice Guys who is an idiot detective from the 70s, as well as Tom Zane from Alan Wake/Remedyverse, who is.... also from the 70s but has been in an eldritch nightmare realm for a very long time.

Michonne is such an interesting character and a fantastic choice for the game! I'm very excited to see her here, and I can't wait to start tagging with you.

Ah shit, I LOVED The Nice Guys, probably one of my favorite movies I've seen in the last year. I don't know anything about Tom Zane but how intriguing. You had me eldritch nightmare, I'll be honest.

It's such an underrated gem, I'm so mad it didn't do well. We could have had a sequel!

March has a habit in game of just kind of running his mouth around women who can and will kick his ass, it's a bit of a thing at this point, honestly. Michonne is absolutely free to toss a few eyerolls his way, he deserves it.

Hi Cloude! I'm Cheryl, your head mod! I was the Hodgson on the TDM (he's hopeless, useless) and I loved their thread so far. I didn't app him in, so absolutely no worries if you don't want to keep it going!

In game I've got Kate Marsh here from Life is Strange. I also play Kieren from BBC's In The Flesh who is....... an actual zombie, although not the kind of zombie Michonne's used to, thank god. He's kind of outed in game from past events, so she'll likely pick up on whispers about Kieren (welp).

I keep meaning to play Life is Strange, I keep seeing it go on sale on dekudeals. One day I'm gonna play it and maybe this will be my motivation!

I do know of Kieren from around RP in general over the years, and in all honesty, she won't know a thing if no one says anything, and if she does overhear things, luckily she's the kind of character who, because she (hopefully) gets to know him first, would rather confront him and talk it out rather than just smash his face in or something!!!

TOWL is so good, I have my nitpicky notes, but it's absolutely worth it. Danai Gurira wrote I think the 4th episode and it is perfect.

Hello Cloude! I'm Josh and I play Ruby Rose from RWBY.

She is kind of on the opposite end of Michonne in that she lost her mother at a very age, and has gone through the wringer surviving her own weird horror filled world. I loved these two on the tdm so far and can't wait for more between them!
