HELLO EVERYONE, I'm Ami and I'm delighted to be here! I've been that meme of shaking the fence yelling 'let me in' since like, mid June. Also this was the most welcoming TDM I've played on in who even knows how long so I already love it here. ♥

I'm bringing with me another disaster from The Terror, Commander James Fitzjames. He was captain of Erebus, aka the boat that didn't gets its name in the title, and everything went super well. It was great. He definitely didn't die, and this is technically true because he's here now instead! Hurray!!!(???)

For me, I'm on plurk at amiasha and discord @ amiasha (feel free to add and message!), and can also be reached by PM. I work Tues-Sat (I'm an astrophysicist and currently work at a museum doing planetarium shows!) but try to hit stuff up in the evenings (I'm on EST) at least. If you ever need to handwave a thread, plot stuff in advance, or otherwise discuss something about how a thread's going please don't hesitate to reach out, I'm totally down to discuss things whenever. c:

It is! It's super fun, especially since it's a children's museum, so it's little kids and they're always so excited about space. 8D

I badly wanted to tag your TDM top level but didn't want to overload you — I love The Terror and your voice for Fitzjames is just incredible. Anyway, yo!!! I'm Kates and I play everybody's favorite Terror boy, Cornelius Hickey. He has gotten into SO MUCH TROUBLE HERE so there are a few things that are kind of common knowledge that Fitz gets to learn (did a teensy bit of cannibalism, garbage human being, married to Billy???)

I can't possibly imagine Hickey getting into trouble anywhere ever; I am SHOCKED. But no really I love him and I loved our thread (you write him SO WELL it's so fun), and am very much looking forward to these two being absolute menaces at each other. We were robbed of getting to see them interact more in canon.

Nice to meet you, Ami, and welcome!! I'm super excited that you've brought in Fitzjames, and very much looking forward to seeing how his and Irving's CR/dynamic/overall relationship might develop more here in this new (but all too familiar) environment— obviously they never really had much opportunity for any kind of ~bonding~ before, but now with all these new layers (for example: dying) added to the mix as well, I really look forward to exploring how that all goes!

I'm gabbie, and as you can see, I play Irving here— I've been really enjoying their TDM thread so far, and am definitely happy to keep going with it if you are for however much longer it takes to wrap 🫡 You have such a great handle on Fitzjames already, I can't wait to keep playing with him!

Thank you! And SAME; I wish we'd gotten more of these two in canon and I'm super interested in seeing how things go with them here especially since YEAH, the worst thing to bond over, but definitely something that'll be super fascinating to work with.

Yeeees same, even though I've been slow and also completely decided to channel some lead-poisoning and mangle thread continuity but WHATEVER it's rp. But I really love Irving and was so excited to see that someone plays him (and so well!!!), so I'm definitely down to continue threading, and then also plot for future stuff! c:

Hello hello! This game got me to watch The Terror and it's such a damn good show. I'm Chase and welcome to Sing. I play Holland March from the Nice Guys who is a dipshit PI from the 70s and also Zane from the Alan Wake franchise who is a filmmaker/poet who has gone completely bananas. I'm just coming off of a vacation but I'd absolutely love to keep up their TDM thread if you don't mind some backtags! I'm really enjoying it so far.

I also think I might know you from hadriel? Your un is super familiar.

Lol I love that! I ended up watching The Terror because I'd played The Return of the Obra Dinn and someone recommended The Terror for similar media, and I certainly didn't expect to be as good as it was. I don't know Nice Guys at all but I'm moderately familiar with Alan Wake, though only in the sense that I played the first game but not the second (I own the little spin off-ish game? American Nightmare or something? But haven't played it yet.)

And yes definitely! I've been enjoying their thread too so I am completely good with continuing whenever!

Oooh, yes, probably; I was definitely at Hadriel for much of its run (and your name seems familiar to me too!) I had Chris from Until Dawn for awhile, and then Lance Sweets from Bones.

I play this lady, Trixie, who is from the criminally forgotten Deadwood, and I'm the Crozier you're been tagging with on the TDM. Your Fitzjames is just *chefs kiss*, and I'm deeply enjoying this interaction of theirs! Especially now that we've gotten to the part where they're talking about that time Crozier totally helped Fitzjames have a nice, long nap.

I'm Karin, and I play Harry Goodsir, and I joke that I've been dragging RPers into Ice Hell since 2018. I'm so glad to see others on board! Fitzjames is my other favorite cold boy, but Goodsir was definitely the one where about three or four episodes in I immediately said to myself "this one is mine".

hellooooooo i'm so incredibly late but welcome to the game anyway!! thank you so much for adding to the wild cast in this game, i truly can't believe how many cold boys we have hanging around at this point.. it's so beautiful...

i'm jelle and i obviously play this cold boy here, sometimes you just can't resist a good side character. billy is just trying to enjoy married life with his rat husband in this place (what's a little stabbing between husbands, am i right!!!) but unfortunately other cold boys keep making it difficult 😔 please keep things chill, fitzjames, thanks
