Well, it's very simple! If I intended to do something, even if it hurts somebody, I had a reason for doing it. It seems kind of silly to feel bad for something I did on purpose.

And if there isn't a "next time," then I really have nothing to worry about, do I? [ This sounds like a funny joke to Lalo. ]
