Residence: A little homestead / farm on the outskirts of Milton, with Vasiliy Ardankin
Notable CR: Vasiliy Ardankin (best friend & lover, aka My Partner Vasya); Chloe Frazer, Louis de Pointe Du Lac, Dorian Gray, Bigby Wolf, Arthur Lester, John Doe (friends & fellow freaks); Randvi (Worm Whisperer); Arilanna Tayrey (Team Space partnership / comradeship); Rorschach, Wynonna Earp (Negative but It's Complicated); Charles Rowland, Levi Jordan, Tim Drake (boys he's latched onto with all his Son Guilt); there are other people he's becoming fond of and wants to befriend more, like Raylan Givens & Levi Ackerman, and he's extremely curious by Sameen Shaw
Skills: leadership experience; physical & mental capability in harsh environments due to undergoing the vigorous training required for Soviet military and cosmonaut preparation (though his Alien Situation has left him weakened and ill in a lot of ways); social prowess / can work with people or manipulate them as needed (he's a recognised Hero / model of "social excellence" back home); knowledge of space science and technology (granted, he's from the early 80's but he knows a lot about the inner workings of tech & whatnot)

Aurora Feat: Old Bear's Blessing. I also plan to give him Free Runner the next time feats come around!

Wanted CR: Always down for more friendships / companionships for his extroverted & sociable ass, but he also comes with a lot of "how to actually relate to people" angsts given that back home he's more of a Concept than anything, so I'd love to keep developing / deepening his relationships with others. Dadly Things of any flavour (fellow parents, young people, etc) are also forever on the table; Kostya comes with heaping tons of Daddy Issues of his own, but also perpetuated the cycle and ended up abandoning his own son, uh oh! He'd love to chat with anyone with space or lab rat experience, and if "aliens" exist in your world, he needs to know about it pls. Folks with medical experience who might be interested in his "condition" are a fun angle, and he could always use more Fitness Buddies to work out / run around town / etc with. Also Alien Encounters are a thing I'd love to keep exploring, whether positive or negative — his little passenger offers some fun cr potential and can go many ways depending on the situation! I'd love for him to really start coming to terms / outright acceptance with the fact he will never be able to be rid of this thing, and how to live more amicably with it / possibly begin really exploring it as a living being / part of him and not just an Unwanted Thing that the goal is to remove. Perhaps if he gets to know & understand it better, it could be utilised as something useful...

Unwanted CR: Romance! His commitment-phobe ass has finally become devoted to one (1) person for the first time in his life and although he's still figuring out how to be A Good Boyfriend and can be a big harmless flirt to anyone who looks his way, he's locked in

Day to Day: Kostya can usually be found at his and Vasya's little homestead where he helps tend to things as best as he can despite his Condition; he's also been learning how to do homemaker things like cooking and cleaning, as well as assisting Vasiliy on occasion when he sees patients. He ventures to town at times to make trades / try to keep in the know with what's been going on, spends some time ice-fishing and foraging for whatever he can, scavenging any electrical and technological parts for little projects, and seeking out social situations to recharge his extroverted battery. He's also very big on keeping in shape and can be seen running around town & exercising almost daily... Lately, he's been venturing out to Silverpoint more often as well. Something to note is that he's also consistently ill as a result of his "condition", so your character is free to have noticed him.... throwing up. Anywhere, anytime. It just happens A Lot,

The Story So Far / Plans:

— Recently, he received the Old Bear's Blessing feat, which gives him supernatural strength. He's both very receptive and cautious of this; being #strong again is definitely welcomed, but back home he was being utilised as a weapon with similar abilities

— He's starting to really bond with people beyond that Non-committal Surface Level way he's so used to. Notably, he's formed a friendship / comradeship with A Fellow Space Person, Ari Tayrey, which has also served to help push Kostya back towards his own sense of self that he's felt very disconnected from for a long time

— Attended the meeting given by Dorian Gray, in which he got very upset by some of the public reaction to what was said. It threatened to put a wedge between him and the community again, but things are shaping out that he's going to be overcoming that and choosing not to Run Away this time!! growth

— He's beginning to become "Commander Veshnyakov" again and stepping up into a leadership role / becoming Involved in the town instead of viewing it as a place he needs to escape from

— His relationship with Vasiliy has deepened and Konstantin has really realised what it is to be in love with someone (previously a foreign concept to him)... He's about to hit his Boyfriend Era...

— From here, I plan to continue exploring / deepening his cr with others and looking for opportunities for him to become more directly involved, as well as looking more into how his Alien Situation could possibly be an asset instead of a hindrance??

— He's also recently lost a chunk of Meaningful CR (Svetlana Nazarova, Benton Fraser, & Kieren Walker) and it'll be hitting him harder than he's used to being hit. He may be coping with this by finally establishing a little Training / Fitness Facility — I need to check to make sure it's cool, but possibly at the old clothing store since I reckon it's not being used anymore

— Also if anyone has one of those radios, Kostya would absolutely want to poke into it 👀
