Welcome to Singillatim!
Glad you could be here! We hope you have a great time here in the Quiet Apocalypse. Don't lose too many fingers, this weather bites. Feel free to use this post to introduce yourself and your character and get to know your fellow players! Once you're accepted into the communities, feel free to start posting!

Hi! I'm Jean and I'm bringing in Max Mayfield from Stranger Things end of s4 and Jack Kline-Winchester from Supernatural, post s15.

Max is used to things going poorly and needing to fight, so she's got that going for her. She's also tentatively taking to the people that have reached out to her so far. She's great for found family and a fierce, protective friend. She's also pretty broken from Vecna and her brother, but trying to just ignore the trauma, for now, and do what she has to to survive.

Jack is forever learning and wants to be the best God he can be! But also, has made some serious mistakes along the way. Jack is great for someone who is a little easy to dupe, has his heart in the right place, but can totally miss social cues. He's got his own traumas, but like Max, he can put things aside to focus on survival out here.

Hello, I'm glad to see you at the game! I'm looking forward to doing more with Max here, and I'm laughing because I do not think this Victorian naval officer is fully prepared to handle one sassy redhead teenager.... He's dealt with Many Things, but this is new! That said, Edward will absolutely be wanting to keep an eye on Max here (he's reluctantly fallen into the role of Fretful Nanny back in canon as the crew fell apart, and that role seems to be sticking with him here, too....) Jack will also be extremely fun to see around this setting, and I look forward to writing more with your kids!

Haha, yes! Thank you for the warm welcome. Watching him deal with her sassiness has been great, though, since their personalities offset each other. She can probably use all the nannies to be low-key annoyed with. It's fantastic.

Jack already wants to like do traditional hunting and figure this place out. So there's promise there.

Hey, Jean! Welcome to the game! I'm Cheryl, your head mod! I play sad zombie boy Kieren from BBC's In The Flesh and Kate Marsh from Life is Strange.

I never got around to tagging on the TDM due to RL but I 100% need to hit up your two! I'm absolutely crying at how much Kate would be reeling from meeting God. And Kieren would probably mesh well with Max as he's also big brother to a fiesty little sister who he misses a whole lot. He comes with a whole lot of trauma being he is also the big brother who died (and came back as a zombie, but yeah).

I'm a super sucker for big brothers with trauma, in particular. Max would have a lot of questions about this zombie situation. Not like she would want to zombify Billy. Really. (Maybe. He kind of deserves it.)

And awww, Kate. Jack would try to diffuse that all modest like. Would be pretty cute/funny.

He is very much keeping his Zombism on the down-low, mostly because he's terrified of how it'll be recieved. He wears contacts and makeup to hide his appearance but he's definitely on the pale side and also has some... odd-ish behaviours that characters can pick up on like never eating or drinking or how he walks and moves kind of weirdly. Eddie does know about his situation (along with two others) and is cool with it, so it's actually promising for telling other peoples. It's def. something Max could end up finding out about in time!

LMAO lord, Kate already been having a crisis of faith and now some boy here claiming to be God? Poor Jack, it's not like he has his God powers to show her. But yeah! I definitely seeing it be pretty cute/funny tbh!

Yeah, it's understandable he would keep that on the down-low, but if Max could find out in the long run, she would make dismissive jokes at first, but...once she realizes, no, this is an actual thing? Questions.

And lol, awww. Poor Kate. That could also lead to some good conversations.

LMAO Kieren already makes the worst jokes about it all, to be honest but he'd be fine answering questions, mostly for the sake of transparency. Media gets a lot of it wrong it's not like how it is in the movies okay he can't turn people!!!

Hello yes I would like to order this CR, both with Max and Jack! Wynonna is bad with kids but good with being an extremely bad influence, and I need her to be exasperated by another supernatural entity entering her life.

Funny story. I wanted to hit you up on the TDM, AND here, but timing, and you beat me to it.

The best part, is she doesn't have to be good with kids with Max. Or Jack. Max is too sassy for this babysitting stuff, anyway. But also, HI! Like, best possible worst mentoring for Max ever, and I need this CR. How to make Max Mayfield more sassy in ten days or less. Yes. This. They can even get in shouting matches and Max will just hold her own.

And yes, poor Jack can just be and shrug about it. He is what he is, sorry-not-sorry, Wynonna.
