Hello there!

I'm Josh. I'm from Canadia in the EST region of things. I'm in my mid thirties and watch a bunch of cartoons, dramas, lifting weights, commissioning pictures, and just spend a lot of time doing my best!

I'm bringing in Ruby Rose from RWBY. She is a little ball of sunshine with tons of trauma, feelings of inadequacy, and an awesome scythe. She is coming from the end of volume 9 having just left a funky Wonder Landesque trip after speed running through the five stages of grief. There will likely be some CW's for suicide ideation coming along with her. So please let me know if there's a problem with that and I'll do my best to avoid that.

She is a friendly, awkward bean who just wants to be pals but will defend you to the bitter end if she has to. Please be kind to her.

Hey hey, it's Jhey! I'm thrilled to be in a game with you / your chaos girl again :) I have one Victorian-era naval officer from a horror canon who also comes with a shitton of trauma and plenty of Feeling Inadequate.... feelings. He tries his hardest, but unfortunately has fucked up a lot! Oh no!!

Edward has been patrolling the town and trying to keep an eye on things / newcomers, and falls into Nannying people whether he wants to or not.... He should absolutely meet Ruby and try to keep up with looking after her (good luck, Ned!!)

It's me, Lorna, coming in hot with Wynonna Earp from Syfy's Wynonna Earp. (Yeah, she's titular, y'all.)

Wynonna is a single taken cursed AF demon hunter with a bigass magic gun, and she's the heir to a fun little curse, courtesy of her great-great granddaddy Wyatt Earp and his propensity for pissing off demons. She likes alcohol, bar brawls, and making questionable romantic decisions. Of course, here, her gun isn't magic, the curse is probably not in effect, and there is almost definitely not enough alcohol.

She's coming in from early in her canon, while she's still trying to figure out the basis of the curse and how to deal with it. She's going to be real mad about going from one Canadian winter to another. She's a self-sabotaging loose cannon with daddy issues who's packing a family-size amount of trauma that she would really rather punch something or sleep with someone about instead of, you know, deal with it.

Hello! I have one (1) naval officer from a frosty horror canon who I think could be very fun to toss at Wynonna sometime! Edward is Extremely Victorian, and I think definitely wouldn't be able to handle her HAHA, which could be hilarious....

Also High5 for unhealthy ways to cope with Not Talking About Trauma; his method is just to suppress everything down until he's about to blow a gasket (but then never allowing himself to ever blow said gasket). In all honesty, Ned could do with punching someone or getting drunk someday..... Clearly, he should learn how to take a page from her book!!

my name is lassie and i'm here bringing in vash's twin brother, millions knives - or just knives! he's a plant just like vash with a mean streak and a strong distaste for humanity (although he's learning to Cope with that).

knives is from the end of trigun maximum, so his hair is pitch black and (spoilers for a series that ended 10+ years ago) thought he died so arriving here is quite the surprise for him! again, he's learning how to cope hahaha

hello!! i'm kerry and i was tempted over by the cold and mysteries.

i brought with me one adrienne peters ( an original character ) who comes from a very seemingly normal world but is filled with magic and supernatural beings. she's (unfortunately, in her opinion) aware of this fact but tries to avoid and ignore it as much as possible!!

adrienne's just a regular human doctor (pathologist, with emergency/trauma experience) who keeps trying to escape her life but never meant to go quite this far? she comes with content warnings for ptsd, trauma, alcohol abuse, death and medical-related things, which can be avoided as adrienne is very good at avoiding talking about any of it!!

she'll be trying to find something to occupy her, lamenting the lack of alcohol and complaining that she loves winter but not this kind. (anyone wanna share body heat for warmth?) i'm excited to dive in and get plotting and can be found on plurk at skitties

Jhey here, who used to play Shinichi/Migi and then Peter/Paimon at Deerington (two sets of possessed teenagers getting Mommed by your characters), it's so good to be in a game with you again! This time around I have one (1) Victorian-era naval officer from a horror canon, and I absolutely must toss him at your lady sometime.

Edward has been here for a couple of months and been trying to keep order, putting on his Lieutenant Hat and also nannying people.... He'd be glad to bump into more competent adults in this place. He's also come into the game with some scurvy (which has p much cleared up by now) aaaand lead poisoning (not so easy to clear up oop), so he's been dealing with the bad effects there.... if she'd ever be down to take a look at a very formal Victorian who doesn't know what Modern Medicine is :')

Hello everyone! I'm Balsam, I was here for about five seconds last app round, but it turns out apping to your first game in over five years with a character you've never done a single thread with does not work very well. Who knew?

So instead I'm back with an old staple, Jason McConnell from a serious contender for the world's most depressing musical, bare: a pop opera. He's a Catholic school boy about two days away from graduating, after years of playing the golden boy and trying not to let anyone know he's gay. He's coming in from just after Cross, on the off-chance anyone's canon-familiar -- which means his entire life's just kind of blown up on him and he's gonna have all sorts of issues to either deal with or ignore, on top of being super unsure how to deal with any of the weird stuff going on here. Fun!

I'm in the Central time zone, but I work from home and have no sleep schedule to speak of, so my times are pretty sporadic. You can catch me at balsamandash if you want to chat, or on Discord under the same name!

Francis Crozier is a bitter, middle-aged sea captain who got too drunk to function in the Arctic. (we've all been there, amirite?) Good ol' Frank here is from the end of the canon, where everyone is tragically dead and he makes the melodramatic decision to haunt the Arctic like the white ghost that he is.

He comes with his own caribou parka and some pretty intense Arctic survival experience, but also The Horrors of English Imperialism. And guilt. And only one hand. And probably lead poisoning. His beard is pretty nice though. Makes him look just like Jared Harris.

Kate will have rosehip syrup for Crozier too when she learns he's here!! She is Edward's Favourite Duckling to Nanny, and she's already learned a little about the Expedition (mostly the 'being trapped for years and slowly dying from scurvy and lead poisoning' part) and told him she'd give any future Expedition members rosehip syrup or rosehip tea that she's been busy making lately! So she'll have to gently pester him at some point.

Hey! I go by Xil and I’m coming back to DW RP with A. Rama Raju, a character from the movie RRR. He’s spent most of his life ignoring things he might want in favor of what the people around him need him to be and spent the last four years trying to suppress his conscience long enough to do enough terrible things to impress the right powerful people, so I’m hoping to explore the effects of that kind of repression and to explore how Raju might approach the idea of acquaintances and friendship in this strange new world without his lifelong driving purpose where he (probably) doesn’t even have to impress anybody.

I’ve only played him in his canon setting so far so I’m pretty excited to throw him into the wonderful chaos of a panfandom game where anybody could meet anybody, and to stretch my writing muscles by plopping him into such a new environment. Hi! I'm Jean and I'm bringing in Max Mayfield from Stranger Things end of s4 and Jack Kline-Winchester from Supernatural, post s15.

Max is used to things going poorly and needing to fight, so she's got that going for her. She's also tentatively taking to the people that have reached out to her so far. She's great for found family and a fierce, protective friend. She's also pretty broken from Vecna and her brother, but trying to just ignore the trauma, for now, and do what she has to to survive.

Jack is forever learning and wants to be the best God he can be! But also, has made some serious mistakes along the way. Jack is great for someone who is a little easy to dupe, has his heart in the right place, but can totally miss social cues. He's got his own traumas, but like Max, he can put things aside to focus on survival out here.

He's dealt with Many Things, but this is new! I'm Tea and I play disasters. My newest is Louis de Pointe du Lac from the AMC show Interview with the Vampire. I've also read the first few books and seen the 90s movie mumblemumble years ago, so I'm jacked deeper into this than I ever intended lmao?! Louis was always my favorite.
