Notable CR: N/A.

Skills:
* FIREARMS! This is a big one. Lalo knows how to use many different types of guns, and he has excellent trigger discipline.
* Athleticism. Lalo is absolutely insane w/ physical stunts and while he is still a normal human, he regularly pulls off physical feats of the "okayyy, I guess a normal person technically could do that, but it'd be difficult and/or unlikely" variety.
* Good head for numbers; good with money.
* Highly observant and good at accurately assessing other people and situations even when he doesn't have much to go on.
* Charismatic!
* Has some survival skills although he's definitely not an expert.
* COOKING. Lalo is a truly excellent cook and can do a lot with a little. Let him cook for you! Or teach you how to cook!
* Snappy dresser. He thinks, anyway.

Wanted CR: A N Y T H I N G. Friends, enemies, FRENEMIES, people he can befriend who will think he's just a nice man (he is not), other morally dubious people he can plot and scheme with, people who can help him teach him more survival skills, people HE can teach how to cook or use a gun, people to investigate mysteries with, aaand I'm sure he'll probably need a doctor or a healer at some point since I don't put it past him to do something stupid to get himself hurt...
Unwanted CR: Nothing is off-limits! If Lalo and somebody else are actively scheming against each other and actively interfering with each other's plans and CR, I am extremely down for that, however I'd prefer a solid line of OOC communication and some advance plotting for CR like that. I don't think anyone is likely to ever supersede Gus as the person he hates the most either, but lol I guess you could try.

Day to Day: I am honestly not sure yet... help me figure it out! I can make up an excuse for him to be pretty much anywhere though. He loves getting all up in everyone's business.

The Story So Far / Plans: Nothing because I haven't done anything yet! I'm hoping to fix that now though.

:') Wonderful! He'd be able to have a protege who is VERY NORMAL about guns. What? It's a survival situation! Being normal about guns means being comfortable with them. Right? Can't argue with that...

Since I am eternally throwing Rorschach at new people since I have no idea how they'll mesh, I definitely need these two to meet up. Please teach the poor hobo superhero to at least his beans up before he eats them.
