Notable CR: Aforementioned roomies and canon-mates above, Castiel hasn't made any enemies as of yet but he is skeptical of their overall environment and hasn't done much to be involved since he got saddled with two fucking kids. He's a single parent, you leave him alone.
Skills: APP is here! He's far removed from his grace so all his skills are natural to him, while he has no affinity to sleep (until under extreme duress) or eat, he's been a soldier for 13.5 billion years, is hardier than most, and is capable with a sword or in a fisticuffs fight. He's not ignorant of firearms but he doesn't prefer them. He's also got an affinity for lore-based magic and spell-work and an uncanny ability to survive even the lousiest situations.

Numerous others have approached him for medical help and/or offered him assistance.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Plant and animal biology, including some foraging experience.
- Care and handling of animals, both domestic and wild.
- A knack for picking up languages.

- Caveat: he predates germ theory, anaesthesia, and Darwin's On the Origin of the Species. He's a quick study and willing to educate himself and has made a lot of progress in catching up, however.

Unwanted CR: He already comes pre-packaged with a mortal enemy, but otherwise no preferences or dislikes.
Day to Day: Most of the time you'll find him at his cabin, where he's available for anyone who needs medical assistance. Sometimes he ventures into town on a scavenging mission. Now that there's hot springs, he also goes there from time to time, but he tries his level best to only go alone.
The Story So Far / Plans: His condition right now is best described as "serious but stable". He's found a purpose as the village medic, and that alleviates some of the guilt and the nightmares. Having canonmates is a bit of a mixed blessing, and he is still in a state of cold war with Hickey. He could be easily unbalanced at any time, however.

Residence: He's taken up residence alone in one of the Milton homes (for your safety).
Notable CR: He's probably closest to in terms of friendships with fellow outcast teen Eddie Munson and that funny lil guy Cornelius Hickey — with both of them knowing the Big Secret that Kieren is a zombie. In terms of the more Adultier Adults in his life, he's got a good rapport with Holland March (in which Kieren is both exasperated of him, a little scared of his investigator skills and poking fun at him sometimes but also Holland likes to keep an eye on him due to Kieren's penchant for slipping under the radar), who also knows Kieren's a zombie. He's also being fretted over by Edward Little, who doesn't know he's a zombie but that's going to change in the near-future. He's also friendly with Bigby (both not-quite humans and shutting up about it). He is also slightly scared of Callisto (she's a scary lady and a real live wire) and is friendly with Levi (another fellow teen). And he's got some other budding CR going too!
Skills: Kieren is perceptive, and empathetic. In terms of physical skills he's pretty artistic (enough to get into Art School before his Untimely Demise) and there's also the fact he is very, very undead — which he's (still) trying to hide from people, but working out on how to kind of... talk to people about.
Wanted CR: Anything and everything. Friends would be great. Kieren's a sarcastic little shit when he wants to be and is still just a teen, but also just having people to hang with. Anyone who's Not Quite Human would be dope. People to maybe teach him some survival skills? Kieren's busy trying to work out how to tell people that he's a zombie so people who would actively freak out/be wary of Kieren when the truth comes out and building on that would be A++
Unwanted CR: I prefer not to have negative CR for the sake of it. I'm not actively looking for romance. Kieren's not really in the right head-space for it, considering he's not long after losing the love of his life. But it's not completely off the table.
Day to Day: Kieren keeps to himself, for the most part. He lives alone and is basically just... trying to keep his head down. He is desperately trying to blend in and not be noticed. He's around Milton doing a lot of menial work like firewood gathering and the like, the cold doesn't bother him all that much due to his inability to feel, but he does notice he does need to take care of himself to make sure he doesn't end up with frostbite. Good thing he wraps up a lot, anyways.
The Story So Far / Plans:
Kieren's been keeping to himself and just trying to look as normal as possible for a boy who doesn't eat or drink or feel. As time has gone by, and he's not returned to his rabid state without medication, he's just incredibly on edge and nervous all the damn time. He's convinced he's a ticking time bomb ready to go full zombie on everyone at Any Given Moment. He's busy trying to work out how to tell people that there's Something Up With Him, with Eddie, Holland and Hickey being the three people in town who know he's an actual zombie. Still, that being said, he's trying his best just to... make friends and essentially assure people that he's Kieren, he's a good person.
As a zombie, he wears contacts to hide his eyes and a mousse (which he's also probably supplementing with any makeup he can find around the town). But as of right now, he looks incredibly pale and almost sickly and only ever has his face showing, even indoors — keeping much of his skin covered. While it's easier to keep his contact lens supply going, he's eventually going to end up going bare-faced in the end. And that's going to bring him a lot of problems because he hates his natural face.
Last month, Eddie found out he's a zombie (and a successful suicide) via the Guilty Party prompt. Holland worked out what he was (much to Kieren's horror) and he ended up confessing to Hickey what he was — and has formed an additional pact with him (as he has one with Edward Little) that if he goes rabid, he need to be put down. This month, he was extremely stressed to be stuck in the Community Hall for the storm and locked himself up in the office, Just In Case of Going Rabid. He's still free to hang out with over here at the event, where he's drawing a lot. Maybe come get yourself a nice portrait from the quiet kid who looks like he's about collapse from Tuberculosis at any second.
I'd kind of also like for him to maybe reach out to sciencey/medical types to ask about his current state, in a.... vague way. Mostly to theorize about why he's still going without his daily medication, because what the shit is up with that.
Anything Else?:

Canon: Life Is Strange.
Residence: Kate remains living in the Community Hall. I don't know if she'll ever move out or not, but it would be nice to get her out there eventually. But that's where she's staying for the foreseeable future.
Notable CR: Sort Of Adopted by numerous adults tbh. She's closest to Edward Little (as his favourite duckling to nanny and forever making chinshands at) and Harry Goodsir (fellow cinnamon roll, albeit a bit freezer-burnt, sharing custody with Little, and older brother-shaped). She's friendly with Edward Kenway and also probably the one person in Milton Rorschach can actually stand. Meanwhile, Cornelius Hickey is the one person in Milton she can't stand (and he can't stand her either). In addition, she's friendly with fellow teens Rei Ayamani and Levi Jordan and has some new friendly CR in the works this month, too!
Skills: She has some degree of animal care, granted she owns a rabbit in canon. She's both artistic and academically inclined (3.9 GPA, babyyy) and also has musical skill as a violinist (which she has been entertaining folks with at the Community Hall!)
Wanted CR: Pretty much everything! Friends!!! People around her own age to befriend!!! Mentors/people to help her with this absolute hell of a world with survival skills — she's not worldly at all. I could see her going down a kind of Support Role route with things after she did her rosehip stuff, via foraging, cooking, perhaps medical/first aid. That being said, it would be hilarious as fuck one day for someone to teach her how to use a gun out of necessity. People to keep an eye on her/look out for her since she's literally just a teenager and is Really Not Coping. Fellow religious folks or folks who fell out of their faiths for some Interesting Talks, since she's still riding through a bit of crisis of faith.
Unwanted CR: I prefer not to have negative CR for the sake of it. I like my negative CR to be interesting, or to develop eventually. Again, not actively looking for romance but it's not off the table. In truth it'd be a super slow burn thing for Kate due to her own values concerning romantic relationships.
Day to Day: Kate is mostly around in the Community Hall, quietly spending her time there for the most part — most known for being 'that sad jesus girl' and the one who plays violin almost daily. She also helps out with food/cooking/cleaning in the Hall. She's doing a little better since September, but still sometimes has her Bad Days and will be curled up on her cot with depression spirals. She's working on her foraging a little more with studying and going out to see what she can find after the success of her rosehip. She also spends a some time in Milton Church, given her currently precarious relationship with her faith as of late.
The Story So Far / Plans:
Kate mostly just... tries to keep busy as a means of coping with the fact she's Not Really Coping with living in the world, with the added difficulties of her own precarious mental health concerning the issues she has back home. This place is hard on her, considering she's incredibly soft. This girl literally cried at rabbits being butchered being food. She's scared of a lot of things, and she doesn't like it here and just wants to go home!!
She likes to be helpful, though. And she wants to do what she can to be helpful!! She made rosehip syrup and tea the other month and has been trading it with other Interlopers for good, along with pretty much just straight up gifting it to the Terror boys because good god do they need it more than anyone tbh.
For the event she's again just trying to be helpful as she can in keeping things orderly in the Hall, particular with meal prep and getting mealtimes organised since she's got some experience with that. She's (unfortunately) been likely waking up other Interlopers with some seriously weird and frightening dreams she's been having concerning her Dark Room experience (although she has no idea that it's actually a thing). She's also getting herself a deer blanket for that extra cosiness for the winter, and will likely start decorating the Hall for Christmas — which would be nice to get others in because it's fucking awful here and the Interlopers need SOMETHING to keep their spirits up for the holidays tbh.

Notable CR: n/a at the moment, he’s still meeting everybody.

Wanted CR: Anything! Someone who could teach him how to stay warm would be fun though, all he needs to make warm clothing is a bunch of fabric and maybe some extra thread but just handwaving that he found some offscreen would be boring, and he’s used to a much warmer climate so I’m sure there’s tons of little habits and things he should be doing that he doesn’t know.
Unwanted CR: I’m mostly not looking for romantic CR, unless something happens to develop that really grabs me. Also, while I am 100% happy to play negative CR and would probably have a blast with something casually antagonistic like he almost has with Jake in his canon, Raju’s got the kind of personality where if he feels someone poses a genuine threat (on the level of what some of the more supernatural characters here can do) he’s just going to want to try to kill them which isn’t much fun to play out. If we can’t convince Raju right away that the other character’s abilities aren’t a threat, we might have to make sure the two like/respect each other before he finds out what they can do.
Day to Day: He’s spending all his time at the Community Hall at the moment, pacing around looking frustrated and impatient or writing in his little journal (‘week two: still too cold to bathe properly. hair product nowhere to be seen. still haven’t figured out if I’m dead but somehow still too bored to function. send help’).
When his need to do something gets stronger than his hatred of being cold he wraps himself in a blanket and goes on a short walk around town, sometimes to a store (the one thing I am sort of ok handwaving him managing to find is soap, if he had to wear dirty clothes forever he’d fucking lose it) and then sort of tries not to monopolize one of the bathrooms while he washes whatever clothes he can easily replace on his body with something else while he waits for the first thing to dry. Idk if any of that makes for a good hook or not, could be fun to help him figure out extra clothes so he can do his laundry properly without freezing?
I think he might be living off small amounts of only canned food too, which probably isn’t healthy. I headcanon he was living mostly off street food before this, the man doesn’t cook and doesn’t know how to scavenge his own food from nature yet. He has a basic knowledge of which plants to avoid but he learned all that for stuff he’d see growing on the other side of the world, and is aware that there’s not a lot of room for error there even if plants were easier to find in winter.
The Story So Far / Plans: Think I covered most of what he’s been up to in the previous section, your character probably saw him pacing around being frustrated during the storm, if they spent any of it in the community hall. He just got here so mostly I’m focused on trying to build CR and get a feel for how he’s going to settle in to the setting. Once I have that laid down I might have more thoughts on anywhere I want to take him in his time here.
Anything Else?: Maybe when I’m no longer on my phone I’ll remember to put a silly gif here, I’ve got some fun ones from some of the guy who plays Raju’s other work.

Residence: A three bedroom, single-family house in the middle of town, turned into the world's messiest bachelor pad.
Notable CR: Hickey's default CR is arguing with people! He annoys Little, Jopson and Goodsir with his very existence, Goodsir especially (you wanna murder him so bad it HURTS). He's annoyed Bigby enough that Bigby accidentally revealed his 'secretly a wolf' status. He also annoys Crozier with his very existence, but he's kind of weird and creepy about the captain so he gets his own entry. Hickey has actual friends, though! Most notably is Kieren, who he knows is a zombie (even if he still has a shaky idea of what a zombie is) and has agreed to kill if needed—that's what besties do. Aside from that, there's a wide array of people who he's annoyed or is on surprisingly good terms with!
Skills: Not much! Stabbing, identity theft, caulking, basic survival tactics, cannibalism. He's been trying to teach himself trapping, with a success rate of occasionally nabbing a rabbit every other week or so.
Wanted CR: Friends! Hickey needs more friends! Yes, he's a weird dude who comes pre-packaged with like, four men willing to jump down your throat and tell you not to trust him, but c'monnnnn. He's just a little guy! I also love the fact that Hickey knows the secret nonhuman status of two people here, so part of me just wants to keep that coming. Also? More people to call him out on the fact that he can be a bit weird about this place.
Unwanted CR: Nothing comes to mind at the moment.
Day to Day: Hickey knows that shit's going to go south soon (we already had one nasty blizzard guys, it's going to get worse.) So at the moment, day to day, he focuses on stocking up his own food via a mediocre job at fishing and a mediocre job at trapping. He also does menial labor here and there because he's just such a swell guy! He's here to help! Need any firewood? Any food? He's got you covered!
The Story So Far / Plans: Hickey arrived in-game bright eyed! Bushy tailed! Ready to help and restart a bunch of friendships so he can get his fun little gang going again because being alone in a situation like this means you're a dead man walking! And look at that, he's slowly getting people to tolerate him and join his fun little gang. And look at that. Some eldritch entity is driving everybody mad and suicidal and obviously doesn't want them here. That means it's scared. That means he's important. And what do you know, there's a god here. Yes, it's a god in the shape of a stag, but he saw a god in the shape of a bear, that's totally plausible. It's a god and it recognized him and gave him a kickass pair of boots. That also means he's important. They are on holy ground and gods walk the earth and they're scared of him and what he can bring to the table.
so yeah, he's starting to get in his own head with regards to the mythology of this place! just a little bit! I'd adore CR with anybody and everybody who would be willing to talk about how the plot's fucked them up! Hickey will happily find a way to tie that into the weirdass mythology he's building up in his own head. There's power here, gang. And it recognizes him.
also please for the love of god let him catch people kissing or share with him your gay porn or something, he really needs to know that we're cool with gay people now but is far too 1840s to actually ask the question. make a Brokeback Mountain joke at this man.

Notable CR: Everything's still getting off the ground, so...
Skills: He's athletic and intelligent, but nothing really suited to the situation -- he doesn't really have any skills you wouldn't expect from a mid-2000s high school senior.
Wanted CR: I'm open to pretty much anything -- friends, flirting, butting heads, interesting discussions with people from very different worlds, mutually freaking out with people whose lives have been super mundane before this, etc. For some specifics: He could really use a couple of people to help teach him useful skills -- hunting, foraging, cooking, sewing, basic first aid, basically anything, he doesn't do well with not having something to offer. He's not used to having adults who actually give a damn around, so it might be interesting for some mentor-y CR. And he's a closeted Catholic schoolboy with a lot of religion issues, so if anyone is interested in intense discussions about God and faith, I'm here for so many of those.
Unwanted CR: No negative coming out experiences til he's had a couple of decent ones, so that he doesn't just lock himself in the closet for the rest of time. Otherwise, I'm here for whatever.
Day to Day: Jason's just trying to keep busy so he doesn't get too in his own head. Anyone who spends a lot of time in the hot springs has probably exchanged friendly greetings at least, because he's been heading out there a lot since they opened up. Otherwise, he pops into the Community Hall for food and to see what's going on, especially after the storm, and does a lot of wandering, poking through stores, or occasionally jogging if paths are clear enough. He's pretty happy to lend a hand any time he sees someone needing help, but they might have to tell him what to do. He's also done very little to fix up the outside of his cabin (or anything but the one room he mostly lives in), so it could be mistaken for still abandoned for someone poking around.
The Story So Far / Plans: He's still new and shiny, pretty much. Other than a brief cold, nothing's really happened to him yet; but the storm made him very abruptly recognize how potentially dangerous his situation is, given he knows nothing about survival, and that's something he'll start looking to fix soon. Before the storm he would have been buzzing around the community center trying to be helpful despite his lack of knowledge, if that's something anyone might have filed away and make them more inclined to answer questions from the eager teenager. He'll also have tried to help out cleaning up the town after the storm and probably gotten into some snowball fights.
That's about it so far. I don't have a lot of specific plans at the moment, except that at some point he needs to stop ignoring the Issues he has from canon, but that may be a bit. Everything's kind of playing by ear, basically, so I'm open to any ideas.
Anything Else?: Current state of mind:

Lalo is bisexual and closeted about it. This is generally more because he's from 2004 when a lot of people were really homophobic (esp criminals like he is) than out of any personal shame, although he does have a little bit of personal shame about it as well since he worries his Tio might not accept it and his Tio's opinion is important to him. He doesn't think being gay/bi is morally wrong (and lbr he wouldn't care if he did), but he does struggle with feeling like his bisexuality makes him "less of a man."
What I'm saying is: Lalo would not be super negative or mean about it, and he wouldn't tell him being gay is wrong, and would prob tell him that a lot more people are prob gay/bi than he thinks - HOWEVER he would also be highly likely to say shit like, "but you have to be careful who you tell and some people will use it against you." He'd be open about not being straight himself but whether he'd share his own ambivalences about that with someone so much younger depends on how the conversation went, but it's not out of the question.
Tl;dr - I think it could be an interesting conversation! But I would also understand if it's maybe a little bit more complex or ambivalent for what you're looking for so early on, and would like to give him so more purely positive experiences first.

Day to Day: Levi does patrols around the town at least once daily, sometimes going a bit into the woods. He tries to visit the Basin like once a week and will likely do the same with the hot springs (though for now its
warmpopular so he'll check on people there more often.) Overnights in the community hall and sometimes just hangs out there because whatever.The Story So Far / Plans: Levi's going to start hunting for game and dragging it back to town pretty much right after the storm ends. He has no idea how much they'll need or how to clean/prepare things so feel free to help him. Also looking into learning how to shoot with a bow (and later make arrows) and learning some about medicine since his primary care doctor disappeared.
He's interested in figuring out what's going on and/or exploring the area, but no specific plans now.
He's also pocketed most ammunition he's come across, so if your character needs bullets he can (probably) help

Where can your character be found typically? Probably in community center, out in the woods, around her house. She may linger around the grave yard occasionally too.
The Story So Far / Plans: She just got here so for the most part she has been prepping for the storm, weathering the storm in the community center, and hanging out and trying to lift some spirits after. Odds are her focus is to kind of get her bearings here, try to help out where she can and start looking into ways to get home if possible.

* Athleticism. Lalo is absolutely insane w/ physical stunts and while he is still a normal human, he regularly pulls off physical feats of the "okayyy, I guess a normal person technically could do that, but it'd be difficult and/or unlikely" variety.

Notable CR: She's still getting to know people! There's a lot of potential to explore.
Skills:
• Marksmanship. She learned how to shoot from the greatest gunslinger the West had ever seen: John Henry "Doc" Holliday.
• Physical Combat. She's new to anything but brawling, but she's been getting one on one lessons with an ex-Marine. She's more than capable of holding her own in a fight.
• Woodcraft. Growing up in the Ghost River Triangle, Wynonna is comfortable navigating the woods and can generally find her way around.
• Survival Skills. A little basic, but she knows how to start a fire, how to bind up a wound, how to hunt, and how to lay traps.
• Investigation. She's learning how to dissect a crime scene to find clues and evidence.
• Hunting. Mostly she hunts revenants, not animals, but she has the basics down.
Wanted CR: Absolutely everything. Buddies! Awkward run-ins with people she kind of knows! Friends with benefits! The caveat to everything with Wynonna is that she is a self-saboteur of the highest order, and also she's not very good with people, so there is a high likelihood that her CR will occasionally be negative. But like everything else with Wynonna, that shit is complex! I'm all for them working shit out and either coming around on each other (growth!) or deciding, hey, let's just not, pardner. Befriending Wynonna will take patience and a high tolerance for shenanigans, but it is absolutely worth the effort; once you're in her circle, she'll kill and/or die for you without question.
I am for sure interested in romance, because romance with Wynonna is a deeply complicated prospect that would be fun to play out. She would/will hit up anyone who's interested for a one-night stand or firsky behavior in the hot springs, but the second feelings get involved, she tends to bounce. Romancing her would be the slowest of slow burns, but think of all the meaty emotions to work through! Relatedly, lmk if you're interested in a casual fling with her, because her usual methods of escapism (drinking, running tf away to Greece) aren't really available.
Also lmk if you wanna brawl and then write through the consequences of that, both personal and in the community! She will throw down literally any time.
tl;dr Wynonna is all edges, an enormous mess who's waiting for the floor to drop out from under her and for everyone here to realize they hate her, and will absolutely set herself up for failure if possible, but inside she is a marshmallow. She is all vulnerabilities. SHE NEEDS FRIENDS. And also to have some kind of driving force now that she doesn't have the curse biting at her heels.

Day to Day: Wynonna can be found out hunting, fishing on the Basin, at her cabin, or occasionally at the Community Hall.
The Story So Far / Plans: So far, Wynonna has been trying to get ahead of (what she thinks is) the inevitable backslide into people hating her by doing useful things like cutting wood and making trades. She's annoyed about being here and isn't shy about letting people know it, but she managed a few days in the CH during the storm, during which she mostly taught people how to play five-card draw. (TBD if things implode there.)
She is also freaking out about the blizzards and lack of food, thanks to a very recent canon run-in with someone who turned to cannibalism to deal with those exact issues. She's going through alcohol withdrawal, and she misses Waverly. Some of what I want to do with her will depend on how the event threads go, but I'd love to plot out some long term CR plans!

She's also fond of a grumpy football coach. (Don't ask her to explain these things.)

And definitely on the lookout for someone to take the spare room in her house.
Unwanted CR: No mortal enemies just yet! La'an can rub people the wrong way and be blunt as hell, but not looking for anything extremely negative.
Day to Day: On normal days, La'an spends a lot of her free time patrolling the town, taking stock of supplies, and other general Security Things. Protecting people is her life's work and she's not stopping in this frozen hellscape. However, she will be recovering from pneumonia through December, slowly increasing her stamina and strength, so be prepared for an occasionally grumpy Security Officer.
The Story So Far / Plans: La'an spent the first two months of her time in Milton surviving and keeping mostly to herself. Out of fear for the stability of the timeline, she didn't reveal to anyone that she was from the future, nor did she share her full name with anyone. After her camping trip with Methuselah, though, and the pneumonia she brought back as a souvenir, she's pretty much over the whole secrecy thing. She's accepted they aren't going anywhere fast, and if her actions mess with the timeline, she'll find a way to fix it. In the meantime, she's determined to keep doing everything she can to protect the people trapped in this town, including trying to track down information about the mysterious Enola.

Residence: Currently, a modest, sad little cabin on the outskirts of town. He lives alone atm, but eventually I'd love some fun housemate shenanigans, maybe move him to a bigger place?
Notable CR: A handful of frosty boys canonmates: Francis Crozier, Thomas Jopson, Harry Goodsir, Cornelius Hickey, all of whom Edward is on some varying degree of "awkward terms" with; a gaggle of young people he's taken to Nannying: Kate Marsh, Kieren Walker, Levi Jordan; he's on friendly terms with Edward Kenway (awkward when the Royal Navy Officer finds out the guy was a Pirate!); he's found some notable Officer Kinship with Bigby Wolf and La'an Noonien-Singh; there's a sprinkle of other folks he's come into contact with a few times that I'm looking forward to developing further!
Skills: Edward is a first lieutenant of the Royal Navy, and so comes with extensive training as a senior & executive officer. He was also a member of the doomed Franklin Expedition, so he's coming into this setting with some years' experience with survival horror out in the frigid Arctic (living in cramped ship quarters, having to ration dwindling supplies, and dealing with various Frozen Landscape Terrors! He also has had some encounters with a Supernatural Spooky Thing, although vaguely-defined and he isn't certain if it was truly Supernatural or not...)
Wanted CR: Literally anything — others from Olden Times (he's from Victorian 1840's), modern folks to teach him about weird shit, people around his age (36), folks for him to Sadly Nanny, fellow military types, fellow Softe People.... or Hardened People to counter/challenge/possibly even forge an unlikely team-up with his Softeness.... Day to Day: The very proper and dedicated Lieutenant Little is coping with finding himself in another Frozen Survival Horror Situation by trying extremely hard to fall back to what he knows best, so he can be found on a daily basis doing patrols around the town and its outskirts in his very Professional Uniform, attempting to keep order. This means he will step in if anything seems Amiss — though if something gets Too Amiss, he might start dissociating, he's totally fine. (He is not totally fine!) But he makes it a habit to try and introduce himself to as many folks as he can, and he's also put up a notice on the message board to spread the word that he's here to assist. He's also often up to busy work to help out around the town in other ways: chopping wood, lugging & burying bodies, and if anyone ever needs a Guard Dog to accompany them on a trek out into the wilds (or anywhere else) for some reason, he's your guy. Apart from that, he's quietly trying to deal with the various dramas and angsts that come with having his canonmates here, It's Complicated™ and Edward is consistently stricken with personal guilt and remorse, inbetween dealing with the lingering effects of lead poisoning and having a weird relationship with food due to the traumas of slowly starving when trapped out on the ice. So he's having a lot of fun, really!
The Story So Far / Plans: Notable plans atm are mostly event things, which I've got detailed here, and I've also got a toplevel here with some open Whiteout prompts! The whole storm experience is absolutely going to dredge up some Bad Memories and Feelings, so fallout from that will probably be on the table too, later on. Right now he's really just trying to Keep It Together.

Notable CR: He's just met a few folks, but he hasn't had a bad interaction with anyone yet! Hickey's groping at him, Little's a soggy mess with maybe more issues than he has (which is saying something), Jopson died horribly, and he can't look Goodsir in the eye cuz Reasons. So he's having a good time with his castmates.
Raju wants to learn to measure the wind and use those measurements to predict weather patterns, so he'll likely relent and take him and others on if they want to know. He's had some pleasant interactions with Edward Kenway, who he can tell is closer to his era and may be a sailor (but looool doesn't know about the piracy), Rorschach's mask has freaked him the hell out because he mistook it for a Netsilik mask, Bigby gave off fellow grumpy middle-aged man vibes, Kate and Levi freak him out a bit because they're so young, and he thinks he gave one of the Vash-es a heart attack, Knives had an axe, and Zoey seemed very Knowing. So he's having a grand time.
Skills: Knowledge of magnetism, sailing (19th century, tall-ship style) astronomy, Arctic survival/adaptability (building shelters, reading the ice, understanding Arctic weather patterns and seasons), gathering flora and hunting fauna in the polar regions. He's also a leader-type who Does Not Want To Lead.

The Story So Far / Plans: Crozier's arrived and found four men in town that he thought were dead, so he's mostly dealing with that and the horrible guilt he's got gnawing at him pretty much constantly. He's hopeful that more will show up
FitzjamesBlanky, but there are so many men and so he doubts he'll see them all again, and if he does, does he really want to watch them die again? He's also having trouble not-bonding with everyone else in town, but he'll start to see them as Crew Part 2 and it'll be Not Great for his mental health.And there's Hickey, who he's just trying to avoid at this point, but if he catches wind that he's planning anything he'll be on his ass. And not in the way that Hickey wants.

Day to Day: Jopson is focused on recovery. He takes walks to clear his head, and once the hot springs are available, he's going to be spending more time there. He is exceptionally helpful and wants to feel useful, so he's bound to be out and about rather than sitting in his cabin. He's been working on his own trapping skills and is noticing that people don't know how to sew!
The Story So Far / Plans: He's a relatively new arrival, so he's just been finding his footing so far. Really, it's been mostly him being forced to rest and recovering from extreme illness. The whiteout had him actually busy, working on patching up clothes for people, and he realized how much he had missed doing that sort of thing.

Residence: Since he's paranoid as fuck, he moves between four different places in Milton on a regular basis. There's a link for what they look like in his journal. One of them he's also revamping into a space for a library. It is slowly being filled up with a ridiculous amount of books.
Notable CR: Probably the person he can stand the most is Kate, given she's managing to find little bits of humanity within him, and he's growing fond of the sad Jesus girl. He's convinced March and Ken are the village idiots and is probably right. Keeps running into Levi and bonding with him since they both have violent trauma in their pasts. La'an is someone he's a bit wary of (girls have cooties, ew) but she's tolerable. Bigby seems a little odd but he'll be pleased once he finds out he's a fellow New Yorker. Having a very awkward time with Louis in the hot springs that is completely and utterly heterosexual and Not Gay at all. People who have been freaked out by his mask is probably going to get into the double digits soon but the most extreme reaction goes to Vasiliy, who he managed to (accidentally) get into a fight with upon first meeting once he saw it. He's slowly making his way through meeting all the Terrors, if I haven't gotten to any of you yet, hit me up with a TL!
Skills: • Fighting skills. He's skilled in gymnastics, boxing, and judo, creating a unique way of fighting opponents.
• Detective. He's very observant about the world around him, talented in being able to read situations and to a lesser extent people.
• Scrounging. Seeing as how he's been one step above homelessness for about ten years, he's good at finding things he needs to survive, whether that's food or tools.
• Make and repair clothes. He's got some talent in making clothes (he figured out a way to make several masks from a dress without destroying the unique materials it was made out of) and being able to repair them.
Wanted CR: He could use all the friends he can get since he has all the social skills of a mangy alley cat. Persistent kindness is good at winning him over. People to protect are always very welcome too and it's a good way to get positive CR with him. People who are freaked out and/or intimidated by him since he's a masked weirdo who has no boundaries whatsoever. Negative CR where he plots your character's death or just hates their guts. Not opposed to any romance. I play him as bisexual but sex-repulsed due to trauma in his past and also extremely in the closet regarding his feelings for men. Just know it's gonna be the slowest slowburn you've ever seen in your life. Like trying to melt an iceberg with a match.
Unwanted CR: I'm fine with negative CR, just not negative CR that doesn't go anywhere. As long as we're both having fun and it's evolving, I'm good, I just don't want my character to end up being a prop to bolster up drama or be the unwilling villain for someone else's storyline.
Day to Day: Right now, he's working on building up and organizing what he hopes will become the town library, so he's breaking into all the houses to find some. Yes, this includes yours. Rorschach is a night owl and wakes up around four or five every day before spending the night hours patrolling the town, trying to keep people safe from whatever awful thing is going on this week, so he's good for a late-night companion if your character can't sleep or is a fellow crimefighter.
The Story So Far / Plans: He's getting settled into town and has started to form connections with people (much to his consternation.) He spends most of his night hours patrolling and the few daylight hours looking for books at the moment. He goes into the Community Hall pretty regularly to make sure he's keeping a finger on the pulse of this place. As for plans, he'll finish up organizing the books next month and put out a call for anyone skilled in carpentry to help him build bookshelves. If anyone wants to engage with him being a paranoid lunatic and trying to unravel what he's sure is a conspiracy behind this place, that's another angle to approach things from.

Character Name: Millions Knives
Canon: Trigun Maximum (Manga)
Residence: The Church w/ Vash & Vash
Notable CR: As stated above, he's staying with Vash (Stampede) & Vash (Max), the latter being his twin brother. Lot of complex and troubling emotions here, but they're pretty tight despite all the canon trauma.
Skills: Here is his app, but notably Knives has the instincts of a predator. He lost all of his powers before arrival, but instincts don't die. He's a proficient fighter, tactician, and knows his way around anything sharp (blades, swords, etc...). Plants are canonically Very Smart, so he learns quickly and has a very good memory. His days of killing people are gone now, but he would make a good guard dog.
Wanted CR: God... anything. Knives has never had a friend and he's pretty awkward when it comes to casual conversation as he learns how to properly socialize. He will rub people the wrong way whether he intends to or not, so I expect more neutral/negative cr... but anyone that wants to try and befriend this grump will have all my love.

Day to Day: He's picked up hunting with home made traps and ice fishing at the basin. He makes daily trips out into the woods to check on said traps, but for the most part he prefers ice fishing (it's quiet and who doesn't love fishing???). Sometimes he wanders around the town, poking through the houses for anything that might seem interesting or useful.
