Character Name: Rorschach
Canon: Watchmen (2009 movie)
Residence: Since he's paranoid as fuck, he moves between four different places in Milton on a regular basis. There's a link for what they look like in his journal. One of them he's also revamping into a space for a library. It is slowly being filled up with a ridiculous amount of books.

Notable CR: Probably the person he can stand the most is Kate, given she's managing to find little bits of humanity within him, and he's growing fond of the sad Jesus girl. He's convinced March and Ken are the village idiots and is probably right. Keeps running into Levi and bonding with him since they both have violent trauma in their pasts. La'an is someone he's a bit wary of (girls have cooties, ew) but she's tolerable. Bigby seems a little odd but he'll be pleased once he finds out he's a fellow New Yorker. Having a very awkward time with Louis in the hot springs that is completely and utterly heterosexual and Not Gay at all. People who have been freaked out by his mask is probably going to get into the double digits soon but the most extreme reaction goes to Vasiliy, who he managed to (accidentally) get into a fight with upon first meeting once he saw it. He's slowly making his way through meeting all the Terrors, if I haven't gotten to any of you yet, hit me up with a TL!

Skills: • Fighting skills. He's skilled in gymnastics, boxing, and judo, creating a unique way of fighting opponents.
• Detective. He's very observant about the world around him, talented in being able to read situations and to a lesser extent people.
• Scrounging. Seeing as how he's been one step above homelessness for about ten years, he's good at finding things he needs to survive, whether that's food or tools.
• Make and repair clothes. He's got some talent in making clothes (he figured out a way to make several masks from a dress without destroying the unique materials it was made out of) and being able to repair them.

Wanted CR: He could use all the friends he can get since he has all the social skills of a mangy alley cat. Persistent kindness is good at winning him over. People to protect are always very welcome too and it's a good way to get positive CR with him. People who are freaked out and/or intimidated by him since he's a masked weirdo who has no boundaries whatsoever. Negative CR where he plots your character's death or just hates their guts. Not opposed to any romance. I play him as bisexual but sex-repulsed due to trauma in his past and also extremely in the closet regarding his feelings for men. Just know it's gonna be the slowest slowburn you've ever seen in your life. Like trying to melt an iceberg with a match.

Unwanted CR: I'm fine with negative CR, just not negative CR that doesn't go anywhere. As long as we're both having fun and it's evolving, I'm good, I just don't want my character to end up being a prop to bolster up drama or be the unwilling villain for someone else's storyline.

Day to Day: Right now, he's working on building up and organizing what he hopes will become the town library, so he's breaking into all the houses to find some. Yes, this includes yours. Rorschach is a night owl and wakes up around four or five every day before spending the night hours patrolling the town, trying to keep people safe from whatever awful thing is going on this week, so he's good for a late-night companion if your character can't sleep or is a fellow crimefighter.

The Story So Far / Plans: He's getting settled into town and has started to form connections with people (much to his consternation.) He spends most of his night hours patrolling and the few daylight hours looking for books at the moment. He goes into the Community Hall pretty regularly to make sure he's keeping a finger on the pulse of this place. As for plans, he'll finish up organizing the books next month and put out a call for anyone skilled in carpentry to help him build bookshelves. If anyone wants to engage with him being a paranoid lunatic and trying to unravel what he's sure is a conspiracy behind this place, that's another angle to approach things from.
