Character Name: Edward Little
Canon: The Terror
Residence: Currently, a modest, sad little cabin on the outskirts of town. He lives alone atm, but eventually I'd love some fun housemate shenanigans, maybe move him to a bigger place?
Notable CR: A handful of frosty boys canonmates: Francis Crozier, Thomas Jopson, Harry Goodsir, Cornelius Hickey, all of whom Edward is on some varying degree of "awkward terms" with; a gaggle of young people he's taken to Nannying: Kate Marsh, Kieren Walker, Levi Jordan; he's on friendly terms with Edward Kenway (awkward when the Royal Navy Officer finds out the guy was a Pirate!); he's found some notable Officer Kinship with Bigby Wolf and La'an Noonien-Singh; there's a sprinkle of other folks he's come into contact with a few times that I'm looking forward to developing further!
Skills: Edward is a first lieutenant of the Royal Navy, and so comes with extensive training as a senior & executive officer. He was also a member of the doomed Franklin Expedition, so he's coming into this setting with some years' experience with survival horror out in the frigid Arctic (living in cramped ship quarters, having to ration dwindling supplies, and dealing with various Frozen Landscape Terrors! He also has had some encounters with a Supernatural Spooky Thing, although vaguely-defined and he isn't certain if it was truly Supernatural or not...)

Wanted CR: Literally anything — others from Olden Times (he's from Victorian 1840's), modern folks to teach him about weird shit, people around his age (36), folks for him to Sadly Nanny, fellow military types, fellow Softe People.... or Hardened People to counter/challenge/possibly even forge an unlikely team-up with his Softeness.... I'm down for it all, and I love to see what develops organically!

Day to Day: The very proper and dedicated Lieutenant Little is coping with finding himself in another Frozen Survival Horror Situation by trying extremely hard to fall back to what he knows best, so he can be found on a daily basis doing patrols around the town and its outskirts in his very Professional Uniform, attempting to keep order. This means he will step in if anything seems Amiss — though if something gets Too Amiss, he might start dissociating, he's totally fine. (He is not totally fine!) But he makes it a habit to try and introduce himself to as many folks as he can, and he's also put up a notice on the message board to spread the word that he's here to assist. He's also often up to busy work to help out around the town in other ways: chopping wood, lugging & burying bodies, and if anyone ever needs a Guard Dog to accompany them on a trek out into the wilds (or anywhere else) for some reason, he's your guy. Apart from that, he's quietly trying to deal with the various dramas and angsts that come with having his canonmates here, It's Complicated™ and Edward is consistently stricken with personal guilt and remorse, inbetween dealing with the lingering effects of lead poisoning and having a weird relationship with food due to the traumas of slowly starving when trapped out on the ice. So he's having a lot of fun, really!

The Story So Far / Plans: Notable plans atm are mostly event things, which I've got detailed here, and I've also got a toplevel here with some open Whiteout prompts! The whole storm experience is absolutely going to dredge up some Bad Memories and Feelings, so fallout from that will probably be on the table too, later on. Right now he's really just trying to Keep It Together.

He's implied to be ex-military or possibly a former spy (we're not sure), although he's part of a drug cartel family. So. There's that?

Hellll yeah, Club Edward growing in numbers and strength.... made up of the most random assortment of Edward-adjacent-named dudes the world has ever known....

That would be an interesting (and hilarious) mix for sure, with this guy being so Don't break the rules!!!1!! about everything, HAHA. He probably sleeps with his Naval Officer Manual under his pillow every night

LMAO pretty much! They will encompass the full scope of diversity of Edward- and Edward-adjacent named dudes!!! That's for sure.

HAHAHA oh my goodness. I love it. He sounds delightful. Lalo pretty much lives by doing exactly what he wants whenever he wants, so... my goodness.

We need to someday get all of them in one room together for a social experiment..... No one could possibly predict what they might end up talking about LMAO.

And this sounds like amazing potential for disaster, I'm so here for it!! Edward is a Nice Guy but he's also Not Shy about calling people out if they seem like they're causing any kind of trouble around town..... stomping around in his lieutenant uniform.... I'm totally down to toss them together anytime, whether for the event or just in general!

Oh my god, honestly it would be Iconic.... A drug cartel capo, a pirate, a teenager from the 80's, and a Victorian naval officer rocking out..... The Four Edwards!!!

I have a toplevel with some open things for the Whiteout prompt here! Ned's going to be riding out the storm in the Community Center, so if Lalo's also going to be there they could bump into each other pretty easily B) Or I can whip up a closed starter for something else, I'm cool to work around whatever your plans for the month are!
