Hello hello! I'm Shade and I play Rorschach here from Watchmen, specifically the 2009 movie. Tobi sounds like he'd be an interesting character to bounce my little nutcase off of.

Am I allowed to admit I love bouncing Tobi off the superhero genre? It just clicks so well with Fallout and, I think, Tobi especially because his mutations fully belong in comic books anyway. I can, Unfortunately, see so many ways that Rorschach could end up being a great and/or terrible influence on him!

At the very least he's likely to encounter Tobi snooping especially where there's a library involved, the kid is 1) a busybody and 2) a fucking nerd actually.
