Welcome to Singillatim!
Glad you could be here! We hope you have a great time here in the Quiet Apocalypse. Don't lose too many fingers, this weather bites. Hi everyone! I'm Tess, new to the game. I just got back into DWRP this (last now I guess lol) May and I'm excited for my girls to have a bad time!

I'm bringing in two polar opposites: Chloe Frazer from Uncharted, a 38-year-old all-purpose criminal who just learned how to care about people yesterday, is not taking it well, and has never met a responsibility she hasn't immediately tried to foist off onto someone else; and Randvi (meadqueen) from Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, who is nearly a decade younger and has been essentially running a village on her own for two years.

Chloe does not trust all these nice people trying to help each other unfortunately, and despite all the tomb raiding she's not all that great at wilderness survival so she's probably going to be looking for a manipulative weirdo she can be self-destructive with in exchange for help on that front because that's a dynamic she sees as more predictable…

Randvi actually knows how to do stuff like hunt and survive in the cold but her canon point is almost exactly 1000 years earlier than the first patent was registered for a doorknob so she will need help in other ways.

Hello, and welcome aboard!! I really enjoyed the TDM with Kostya and Randvi and am totally down to keep it canon if you like, unless you'd rather start fresh! Either way I thought those two were super interesting and I'm looking forward to doing more with them in-game; handshake meme Complicated Parental Feelings.....

Also think it'll be fun with them coming from very different time periods; Konstantin is going to need help Surviving Here (especially since his stubborn ass is going to keep Attempting To Escape and inevitably end up passed out in the snow.... also he's going to have to learn how to Eat Wild Animals to keep his alien pal satisfied, and this man has definitely never hunted a day in his life), but he's also really good with technology & scientific things due to all his cosmonaut training, so he could help her out with some more modern advancements in exchange...

I'm good with keeping the thread canon - she's going to be Very Embarrassed that she said all that to him once it's apparent that he's not dying and they're not in Norway.

I would love to exchange some modern (well, semi-modern) world knowledge for survival tips, especially space stuff since she's already very authoritatively told Levi that the Aurora comes from Valkyries lmao. The idea that this guy has been outside the earth would blow her mind.

This man recognizes both of your ladies and liked both! They're interesting! I didn't know you were writing both of them, but that explains why I enjoyed being weird around both? And...man. Oh, Chloe, Astarion is a manipulative weirdo with good survival skills but he's also a Bad Choice to keep around or to be too close with.

Still, if you want a weird vampire around or an actual sweet bean (Erichthonios from XXIV) I'd love to toss them at your women.

I am canonblind to both characters, but I have a few friends who are Astarion-heads lol and I think his and Chloe’s fun flirty personalities come from the same coping mechanism factory, so they might wind up Spiderman pointing at each other eventually.

How dare call out Astarion's maladaptive coping mechanisms? But you're right on that- they can be chaotic, they can flirt -Astarion can be very good at that- and totally not think about whatever is plaguing them. I even have the perfect icon for the spiderman meme, you see?

I look forward writing with you too, mind if I hit you at the eventual plotting post? I'm trying to think of Erich and he's just... I don't know? Maybe approach Randvi to learn a bit from her? He has the survival skills of an indoor cat, so...

Did you say 'easily to manipulate weirdo'?? No? Well, Constable Fraser here is available to offer any and all survival assistance anyway. He has a history of being manipulated by dark-haired lady criminals, so I'm sure this will Go Fine. He'll probably be shocked and appalled that Chloe goes tomb-raiding, but they're all kind of existing outside the law here, so he'll put his Law Enforcement hat aside for the time being (just kidding, the hate stays on at all times). He'd be mightily impressed with and maybe a little intimidated by Randvi, which is all for the best.

Otherwise, I can also offer Wynonna Earp, who similarly doesn't trust people trying to help each other out and just wants to be moody in her sweet leather jacket on her own. I predict she and Chloe will either get along great or try to shoot each other almost immediately.

Oh I bet Chloe will have great fun with Fraser - her love of easily scandalized nerds is the only thing strong enough to overcome her hatred of cops lmao. Also yeah, she and Wynonna will either be a joint menace to the community or hate each other on sight. Maybe alternating between the two somehow.

I'm sure Randvi will have something to say about the wolf situation after her own “the one person here who can overrule me immediately adopts a basement wolf” problem lol.
