Residence: 20 Basin Overlook, living alone!
Notable CR: Cornelius Hickey + Eddie Munson (his besties!! his boys!!), Holland March (dad-like figures), Edward Little (the Nanny), Bigby Wolf (fellow 'not quite fully human, uncle-shaped??), Levi Jordan (fellow teen), Ruby Rose + Max Mayfield (younger, sister-shaped teens he's getting feels over). Plus a few more, Kieren's got a fair chunk of CR tbh.

Skills: Perceptive. Artistic. Empathetic. Undead. (I guess it's a skill?)
Aurora Feat: Free Runner. As a zombie, Kieren doesn't eat as food/drink is toxic to him. However, he's able to eat brains (animal or human). With gaining the Free Runner Feat, he's now started feeling hunger for the first time since he was medicated and will now require brains to sustain himself.

Wanted CR: Anything and everything. Friends would be great. Kieren's a sarcastic little shit when he wants to be and is still just a teen, but also just having people to hang with. Anyone who's Not Quite Human would be dope, given Kieren's... whole deal. Kieren's also one of the Modern Kids (he's from 2013) so he's pretty good at explaining modern living, tbh.

Unwanted CR: I prefer not to have negative CR for the sake of it, that being said — people finding out Kieren's a zombie and initially not being okay with it is 100% something I'm down for. I'm also not actively looking for romance. Kieren's not really in the right head-space for it, considering he's not long after losing the love of his life. But it's not completely off the table. It will require a whole lot of slowburn, considering how much baggage Kieren comes with.

Day to Day: Kieren keeps to himself, for the most part. He lives alone and is basically just... trying to keep his head down. He is desperately trying to blend in and not be noticed. He's around Milton doing a lot of menial work like firewood gathering and the like, the cold doesn't bother him all that much due to his inability to feel, but he does notice he does need to take care of himself to make sure he doesn't end up with frostbite. Good thing he wraps up a lot, anyways.

The Story So Far / Plans: Kieren's had a rough time of it so far. In January, he had his own Visitor — which led him to wandering around without his cover up mousse that keeps him looking just like everyone else (alive) and also drinking (bad for zombies) and generally causing a nuisance and not really caring all that much. It's highly likely you might have seen him in passing wandering about town. That whole 'keeping head down and not be noticed' just got blown out of the water, y'all.

In February he's starting to have the repercussions of his condition and having an Aurora Feat come into play. Kieren doesn't eat, as an undead, however his Free Runner trait means he's going to need food to sustain him. He's been spending a good chunk of the month ill due to it: weak, dizzy, fatigued, generally showing signs of starvation. Eventually he does have to force himself to eat animal brains (rabbits + deer, plus basically anything else he can get) in order to keep himself 'healthy'. Problem being he's resorted to stealing in the middle of the night because this boy just cannot ask for help normally, I guess. Can you even blame him?

In addition, when the Sailor Fight breaks out in the middle of town, Kieren's 100% going to be throwing himself in there to defend his boy Hickey. He's gonna be either just... getting stuck in there (scary) or trying to defuse the situation (also scary, probably won't work but he's gonna try).

Anything Else?:

I can offer Wynonna for 'what the fuck what the fuck' reactions to the zomboy! She likes Kieran but doesn't know him that well, and her own experience with the Risen Dead is... poor, to say the least. So she would probably react badly.

PLEASE I am so here for freak outs/poor reactions to him. Kieren's pretty much had solid reactions to the zombie thing and he's honestly just "well this doesn't track"

Lucky for him her magic gun isn't so magic anymore! and also that she probably wouldn't shoot him unless he attacked her.

I know the end of this month/all of next month are crazy for you but I could put up a starter in her post or tag into his for something we can pick at, or we can plan to do something later! I'm flexible!

I just wanted to say I'm really enjoying Keiren's thread with Lalo so far! Lalo may be tempted to take him under his wing (whether Keiren wants him to or not), which in Lalo's case means teaching CHILDREN how to do CRIMES.

His reaction to the zombie thing would probably be, uh. Not negative, but possibly creepy in a different way lmao. Basically unsettlingly positive, like a big kid going "OMG COOL! :D" if you're into that. No worries if you aren't.

I'm sorry I haven't been active lately, with RL kicking my ass but YES also lmao good luck with that Lalo, Kieren's got one of those pesky things called a moral compass. His conscience is a tricky thing :')

Kieren is probably going to be a whole lot weirded out by it tbh. He doesn't think being a zombie is cool! He is a monster!! And killed people!!!

I feel like Ruby and Kieren should run into each sometime late at night when they are both scrounging for a midnight snack. And then maybe just freak each other out and run away?

LMAO and then they never speak of it again............
