Residence: On his own in a cabin on Wolfjaw Road. He has concerts on the little porch when the Aurora is in full swing.
Notable CR: Max, Kieren, his fellow Edwards even if they all don’t know it yet, everyone who's ever complained about his music

Skills:
• He can hot-wire a car which leads me to believe he might be also adept at...
• Lockpicking
• Great runner, excellent runner, Hawkins Running Away Champ 86.
• Can help put together shitty makeshift weaponry/shields.
• Look at him. He's super aerodynamic. You can throw him like a spear in case of emergency.

Aurora Feat: Lightbringer! He can create fires with his hands.

Wanted CR: Any of it rn, tbh. Friends are welcome, as are un-friends and music critics. Fellow musicians (we should really get that Milton jam group going). People to come to his D&D sessions. People to get him into trouble, people to get him out of trouble.

Day to Day: He’s usually Around. He doesn’t fully frequent anywhere, but he makes the rounds. Anywhere you need him to be, honestly.

The Story So Far / Plans: Arrived half dead, got stitched up and is doing okay but not as spry as he used to be. He’s just chilling now and doing his best, but this is my game to just let him go feral in and I’d kind of like to lean into that and have him to just go fully unhinged one of these days, tbh. Aren’t u tired of being nice…don’t u just wanna go apeshit…

Tobi is also pretty great at breaking into things, and has been scavenging around town trying to find the requisite parts to build a shishkebab because he's insane from a discount retrofuture mad max version of the world, so if Eddie going a lil apeshit as a treat involves some hoodlum behaviour he can super enable that
