Wanted CR: Friends (especially gal pals, she doesn't have enough of these in canon!), mentees, kids for her to mom, fellow characters who are somewhat immortal/have lived a long time (Snow is an untold number of years old at this point, given that her particular story has endured for generations, even if it's not the one most people are familiar with), people who know Bigby already and want to meet his longtime crush/now girlfriend.
Unwanted CR: Romance is off-limits, since she and Bigby finally admitted to some long, long overdue feelings and are basically... dating? Negative CR that's just purely negative.

Day to Day: Snow mostly passes the time these days cleaning up after the wolves in her life, but also dealing with her own newfangled wolfing abilities. It's been a bit of an adjustment period so far, but she's finding her way. Other than that, most frequent haunts are the Community Hall and popping in on neighbors when or if she has the opportunity. Also, as of the most recent party at the Hall, everyone is more than welcome to a) notice that she and Bigby are dating and b) call them out for taking so long to realize their feelings.

The Story So Far / Plans: Overall plans are mostly to establish stronger footing for Snow in Milton, particularly from a political standpoint. She's fresh off her duties as interim mayor of Fabletown, and while she's been more than a little delighted to see Bigby rising to that occasion in her absence, I want to find ways for her to branch out and use her leadership skills to help her fellow Interlopers by any means possible. She's big into the whole "we're all in this together" philosophy, and for her, that equals teamwork, helping others to realize their full potential, and encouraging those living on the outskirts to show their faces a bit more often.

Anything Else?: One of my New Year's Resolutions is to tag more in this game and broaden Snow's CR circle, so if we don't have CR yet (or even if we do and you want opportunities to do more), come at me!

Volunteering Fraser both for puppy playtimes and for working on getting everyone to work together! He's been worried about that for ages and wants to start getting some dialogues going about how they're all going to co-exist.

I'd love to do more things with Snow! I fell off here really hard lately, but Ned would have attended the party and I think it's so funny how Shook he'd be by it since he's one of the few who didn't peg at all that the reason Bigby was acting strange around Snow meant he was Crushing On Her... He's oblivious...

Kostya has also been kind of Disconnected from the town as a whole, and lives way out on the outskirts — but something I'd really love is to get him more involved with things as well, so there could be some common potential there!

Aurora Feat: Moon-Touched

Wanted CR: People she can make bad decisions with, drinking buddies, brawling buddies, low-key chill-out buddies. She's great if you want someone to make things worse or if you just want some fun with a loose cannon.

Day to Day: She can be found around Milton and Lakeside and is sometimes out in the woods in wolf form. If your character is looking for booze, she'll make herself available to get some to them.

The Story So Far / Plans: I fell completely off the face of the planet for the last month and a half, and am just trying to get back into the swing of things!

Wynonna had a tough summer and a frustrating fall, but she's doing her best to enjoy the companionship of her friends over the end of the year. Currently, she and Thomas Jopson are playing host to Kate Marsh and helping her through Baby's First Heartbreak. She'll be delivering some gifts to her close CR and otherwise just trying to enjoy what peace and quiet they've managed to get before the fuckery starts up again.

Canon: beloved 90s Canadian classic Due South
Residence: Fraser occasionally camps in the woods but can most regularly be found at 16 Thompson's Drive.
Notable CR: Sveta (girlfriend), Kate (a nice girl; he is oblivious to her heartbreak), the various Terrors (he's a Franklin Expedition fanboy), Randvi (gave him a shovel talk that went completely over his head), Bigby (bad cop to his good cop), Levi (a young man whom Fraser admires)... honestly most people in town know him for one reason or another.
Skills: Fraser is a Mountie who grew up and worked in an area very similar to this one (minus the supernatural fuckery) for most of his life, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of local flora and fauna, hunting, trapping, curing, etc. along with other survival skills. He is also exceptionally observant, and can usually draw accurate conclusions from what may seem like minimal clues, Sherlock Holmes style. A non-complete list of his skills includes:

Unwanted CR: Fraser is happily monogamous with Sveta, so other romance is off the table. Otherwise, I'm good with pretty much anything, although if you want negative CR with Fraser it might be unsatisfying; he's usually pretty philosophical about these things.

Day to Day: Fraser will continue to put most of his energy into making sure people have food. He'll be hunting, looking for large land animals like caribou and moose, and probably assisting with Crozier's fish weirs if possible. Along with hunting, he'll be fixing up the smokers he and Levi built last winter and preserving meat for community use throughout the winter months. He'll also be offering to help people prepare their homes for winter by stopping up leaks and fixing windows.

When he isn't helping prep for the winter, he can be found on his porch playing guitar or whittling, or outside training the three wolfdog puppies that have been left without owners. Diefenbaker, his deaf half-wolf, will accompany him pretty much everywhere he goes, but also goes around town on his own.

The Story So Far / Plans: Like with Wynonna, I'm just getting back on my feet with Fraser. No big plans for the end of the year but will give him an open post to chat with people.

Skills: As a Commander and Hero of his country, Konstantin is well-accustomed to the role of leadership, and has experience with the extremely vigorous physical and mental training required for both military and cosmonaut preparation. He has much knowledge of space science and technology, and plenty of experience being in confined environments. He's also extremely good with people, being a model of "social excellence" where he's from and regarded as the Exemplary Soviet Man... However, a lot of this is being tested since he is freshly infected with an entire alien and is weakened and sick due to the game effects... babygirl hasn't exactly been the best version of himself here and it's devastating for him

Wanted CR:

alien things — Kostya's been in game for a year now and I really want to amp up the alien horror with him! There's a lot of potential for alien things and I'd love to explore more of it. People encountering this thing unexpectedly, medical folks to help him out with it, people for it to befriend (or alternatively, I'd also love any antagonistic encounters & Worm Enemies), people who can help it find ways to better adjust in this environment where it continues to struggle, I'm down for it all. Something that's been building for him is how to live in a community with others despite his situation and even finding ways to utilise it to help people? Maybe??

friendships / companionships — Kostya's a very friendly and sociable guy, but his Worm Situation has meant he's kept up a certain distance from most folks, even those he's on good terms with. I'd love to strengthen / deepen his cr and find ways to bond with more people, or meet some new! He's also been a "concept" of a thing for so long that learning how to People more genuinely is still really new for him, so I want to do more of that, too.

dadly things — Coming with heaping doses of Father Abandonment issues of his own, Kostya also perpetuated the cycle and ended up abandoning his own son, too! Uh oh! Naturally this is an immense source of guilt in him and he's barely scratched the surface with Son Feels. I'm always here for all the dad talks, themes, younger folks, fellow parents, etc.

other — fellow monsters, fellow heroes / those with complicated experience regarding such a role, anyone with fellow lab rat / experimentation experience, opportunities for leaderships & team-up things. I'd love to find ways for him to become closer with the community itself and become more a part of it. I've had the thought that he might try to offer some kind of particular service to people here, or find people he can help out more in specific ways

Unwanted CR:

Kostya can be a big harmless flirt, but he's spoken for romantically — having fallen for his undead ex-Chekist roomie (as one does)

Day to Day: Usually at his and Vasya's little homestead where he helps tend to things as best as he can despite his Condition - he's also been learning how to do homemaker things like cooking and cleaning, as well as assisting Vasiliy on occasion when he sees patients. He ventures to town at times to make trades / try to keep in the know with what's been going on, spends some time ice-fishing and foraging for whatever he can, scavenging any electrical and technological parts for little projects, and seeking out some social situations to recharge his extroverted battery. He also walks / jogs a lot, trying to keep himself in good physical shape despite how ill his condition makes him, and he will rope anyone in with him who wants to (and even people who don't. You Will Run)

The Story So Far / Plans:

— Dealing with the fallout of September's events, in which his alien passenger killed & fed from an Interloper NPC during the chaos. Feeding from human blood stabilised its (and Kostya's) condition for a few weeks, but he's now back to being very ill, and isn't handling it well. The knowledge that in order to feel well and be more capable he'd have to feed regularly from humans is a pretty hefty one.

— Now that the alien has freshly fed from its preferred food choice, Kostya's going to be extremely worried that it might want to do that again soon, so he'll be concerned with making sure it knows who's Friends. We don't eat Friends. He'll be looking to really get into things like talking more to his cr about it / getting them "closer" to this thing / trying to train it / learn more about its functioning / etc. It goes directly against his preferred method of handling things, which is to Run Away & Ignore the Ugly Stuff, so I'd love to keep pushing against his comfort levels there.

— Inbetween all that, he's become Boyfriends(?) what are Labels?? + some Bisexual Panic?? with Vasya, after they survived the harrowing Forest Talker Invasion in September together. Konstantin's Genuinely In Love with someone else for the first time in his life (incredible but terrifying!), and has a lot of personal reservations / uncertainties / fears about his situation to go along with it. Being So Close to someone feels like the last thing someone like him should do, and there's endless guilt about the life he's "left behind" back home. All that said, I think he's having to learn how to let himself be genuinely happy, and what that actually means.

— atm I'd really love to do some cr-building / expanding type things, and dive in deeper with Kostya in this setting now that he's been here for a good while and largely fizzled out of the idea that "Escaping This Place" is the main goal. Now it's more about surviving and helping others survive, and finding ways to have as good a quality of life as he can despite his "condition", as well as possible ways to work with and around it. It's a constant part of his existence now, and I'd love to explore that concept more deeply! The longer-term psychological effects just as much as the physical, etc.

Residence: 41 Mackenzie Street with John Irving, Kate Marsh, and Merry the puppy...
Skills: Edward is a First Lieutenant of the Royal Navy, and so comes with extensive training as a senior & executive officer. He was also a member of the doomed Franklin Expedition, so he's coming into this setting with some years' experience with survival horror out in the frigid Arctic (living in cramped ship quarters, having to ration dwindling supplies, and dealing with various Frozen Landscape Terrors! And has had some encounters with a Supernatural Spooky Thing.) He also really likes Making Reports, Keeping Up With Stock, and Making Announcements in a Commanding Voice... Now that his third lieutenant is in game, folks might actually get to see Ned being A Figure of Authority as he delegates tasks to Irving... He's also a really good Guard Dog (pathetic, but unflinchingly loyal)

Wanted CR:

folks to nanny — in his nervous but resilient way.... Edward is not a Paternal Type necessarily, more the "I have responsibility for someone and it's My Job" type, as well as "falling to the role of Reluctant Nanny / Middle Manager because I had to, as the First Lieutenant of a failing expedition". He's been embracing it more these days and actively fussing over / trying to take care of people. This could be for young folks but also anyone, really

guard dog things — For a long time now, Ned has been struggling with the concept of losing his Purpose, and a huge part of that for him is needing something to be loyal to.... despite the fact that his extreme loyalty also ended up being his undoing :) I'd really love to dig into this theme with him further here — the concept of being a guard dog / pet dog / even an old dog that's outlived its use, etc...

others — fellow Olden People that he can vibe with, those from modern times to teach him things, fellow military / law enforcement types, canon cr drama things (he has a good deal of canonmates here in game now, and I'm wide open to any drama / talks / etc. that could go along with that....!)

Day to Day: Lately, he hasn't been patrolling as much and keeping himself more isolated, but usually Ned can be found diligently walking the town, trying to maintain order, checking in on people, volunteering for Guard Dog duties if anyone needs an escort... He usually makes his rounds to the Community Hall twice a day, and does various other Tasks around town as needed — chopping wood, assisting people, counting things....

The Story So Far / Plans:

— Like Kostya, a lot of Ned's Deal lately has been dealing with September's aftermath, when he was fatally stabbed by a Forest Talker and healed by Kate Marsh. Since then, he's mostly spent time resting up and keeping an eye on Kate, though he has occasionally left the house to do things like attend A Harrowing Terror Meeting led by Crozier, as well as the Last Sunset of the Year Party.

— A lot of canon truths have come out into the light now, and Ned's kind of left unsure how to... contend with all of it, so he's been in a pretty funky place, but I think more open now to maybe talking about some of that? This will be kind of situational, and what he shares would depend on who he's talking to and when, but there's a lot of potential there. He also now keeps the pocketwatch chain that this place gifted him on-person at all times. :) iykyk :)

— Also like Kostya, I'd really love to do some chill things and dive deeper into cr / play catch-up there. I'm sorry that I don't have more specific Thoughts here, I've been in my own kind of funky place with Ned lately and am still trying to find ways to get him involved again, so I'm taking things pretty slowly with him atm! I also apologise for falling completely off the earth with him for like a month straight. I ended up clean-slating my threads, but if there's something that anyone especially wants to pick back up, just lmk! I'm just trying to find some Movement for him again

James Fitzjames | The Terror

Canon: The Terror (2018)
Residence: A cabin near the middle of town; I haven't put it on the spreadsheet since he'll probably move soon-ish.
Notable CR: The other Terrors, Raju, Kate, Prior, and Randvi are the people he's spoken with most, but he's met a few others so far as well!
Skills: He has a broad variety of useful and not-so-useful skills, but of particular note:

Firearms/Weaponry - Trained specifically as a gunnery lieutenant, he has both practical and theoretical knowledge of weapons from his time, which sort of carries over to the more modern guns here. He's an excellent shot, and very confident with guns in general. Also canons, though there aren't any of those around yet?
Rocketry - As a part of the above but warranting its own section, he's particularly talented at using rockets, especially congreves.
Swimming - He's a very strong swimmer, even in fast-moving or cold waters.
Languages - It doesn't do him much good here, but he speaks several languages, including English, French, Portuguese, and Arabic.

Aurora Feat: Nothing and he's a little jealous of others' powers.

Wanted CR: Friends! People that think he's annoying! Complicated relationships, actual enemies, etc etc I'm here for it all.
Unwanted CR: Nothing in particular, though I don't write much romance (but I'm not against it if it evolves naturally.)

Day to Day: He hasn't been super active the past few months due to a combination of being very unwell and then also overdoing it during things like the Forest Talker attack. But he's nearly healed now, so despite the polar night he's starting to be out and about more; in particular he spends time exploring, foraging, and maybe attempting a little hunting despite the darkness.

The Story So Far / Plans: Healing has taken up most of his time and attention, and so has repressing The Horrors. Although he's adjusting to life in Milton easily enough when it comes to practicalities, he's having a very difficult time figuring out what he's actually doing here, and will definitely be channeling this into something healthy and productive. Currently he's busy worrying about the bear tracks, but in the future (after the sun returns, and depending what happens next event) he's interested in trying to find a way beyond Milton and Lakeside, even if that involves something ridiculously dangerous like climbing a mountain or crossing a river. This is doubtlessly doomed to fail, but if anyone else is interested in doing the same, there could be fun CR opportunity there.

i'm mostly asking because i know fitzjames is very interested in the bear tracks, and bigby is very interested in them too, so i thought it might be a fun opportunity for them to meet and talk about it! bigby could even tell them about other cases of Weird Wildlife they've had around town before, considering how long he's been here already.

Sliding in days late with coffee now that the holidays are (mostly) over and I am trying to exist again in RP and in life. I'd love for more CR with James and Zoey somehow. She would absolutely be here for attempting to find a way beyond Milton and Lakeside. (She's been mapping out the area on a wall in the house she claimed as her own.) Notable CR: Billy Gibson (husband), Kieren Walker (bestie), Chloe Frazer (other bestie), Scratch (this man is more fucked up than me and that rocks), Tom Zane (ditto), Billy Prior (????? what is your deal?????). also like half the fucking game can't stand him for personal reasons or 'the entire Terror cast sans Billy would like to feed him to the Darkwalker and since I am friends with the Terror cast, I do not like this man' reasons.
Skills: Stabbing, caulking, half-assed Arctic survival skills that have become less half-assed as Hickey has thrown himself whole-heartedly into being a scuzzy little mountain boy. He's gotten decent at tracking and trapping! look at you, kind of getting close to being a mountain man.
Aurora Feat: Free Walker + Moon Touched. He's good at survival, baby!

Wanted CR: Friends, morally gray people (sometimes you have to do a cannibalism and that's okay), anybody else that's Moon Touched. Hickey is worryingly into being a wolf (animal morality makes a hell of a lot more sense than people morality) and anybody who's the sort to engage in a nice, meaty conversation about that sort of thing would be appreciated.
Unwanted CR: He's married, baby! Hickey is taken, so no romance here (except Billy Gibson).

Day to Day: Captain Food Insecurity over here often spends time out in the forest, finding/trapping/fishing for any sort of game. He'll wander about in the woods for a good chunk of the day before returning home. Noticeably, Hickey doesn't really go into town, but will do so if something's happening or if there's free food he can steal from this party.

The Story So Far / Plans: Who knows what will happen when we deal with that bear (as Hickey is Very Weird about bears), but the current plans are for Hickey to figure out just what the hell to do when things are going fine. He spent his entire life scrambling to get to the top, scrambling to get something better, and now that he's hit a stage where he's kind of content where he is in life...sounds fake. This is a man who needs to learn how to accept what he's got in life and learn how to be content and again, sounds fake.

also someone please call him out on the fact that just because you can turn into a wolf, that doesn't change the fact that it's creepy if you talk about people's scents! we don't do that, Hickey!!

Day to Day: Right now he's trying to do his best to survive and work on his own morale, which means hanging out with Kostya for fishing and generally chatting with anyone who he spots on his way between tasks. He's teaching himself to sew a little, so he can repair smaller objects but would probably do well with some help there.

The Story So Far / Plans: He's planning on starting a Red String Board about the Darkwalker in the community hall, I just need to make make an actual start on it, lmao. Otherwise totally open to shenanigans and angst!

Wanted CR: Anything neutral to positive. (So much that if you have an open log anytime soon, you'll probably see him in it.) I joined the game with what I thought was going to be a brief case of covid (like, my doctor was convinced it'd be a maybe a week), but it stretched into a pretty severe two-month thing and then I needed a subsequent hiatus just to rest and recover. I really haven't done much yet... but I'd really like to change that! Jon needs some friends.

- One thing that might be fun in the immediate future is one or more people to explain Christmas to him -- which I might make an open log for. (If anyone explains Easter to him, things might get a little awkward; he also has died and been resurrected.)
- If characters don't come from a culture with Christmas, but some other winter holiday, they could discuss that, too.
- People might also be interested in meeting Ghost, his ENORMOUS WHITE DIREWOLF WITH DARK RED EYES. Ghost is a sibling to Sansa's wolf Lady, from the same litter!
- It'd also be cool to discuss some handwaves! I am not sure which TDM threads from way back when people wanted to handwave conclusions for, continue, or ignore, even. (I'm game to handwave conclusions for most of them.) Other handwaves are fine too! Do these characters know each other to say hi to but nothing else, so we can skip "hi I'm ssssLyanna's brother Jon" and get into "bastards only get second-best linen for their shirts at Winterfell" or "Darkwalker? Pfft. Let's talk about the Night King"??? All good!

Unwanted CR: Not quite looking for a life-ruining mortal enemy who spends all their time trying to undo everything he does just yet. (The possibility of that kind of thing seems pretty slim, tbh.)

Day to Day: If not at home, Jon is probably doing what he can to fish, trap, attempt to hunt, or be out in nature. He might be seen around the area doing other helpful outdoorsy things.

The Story So Far / Plans: I'd be interested in getting him involved in other people's plans, especially if they're exceedingly brave, intended to be helpful, and probably a bad idea on the whole. That's the kind of thing that's on brand. Otherwise, he just keeps an eye on his sister and tries not to starve, freeze, or go insane, or let anyone else starve or freeze or go insane.

Jon is a pretty quiet, intense, and kind young man who, in canon, is pretty tired of having leadership roles dropped on him (it happens over and over as a matter of circumstances and duty). He's content to let others take charge or be equals as long as their decisions aren't actively jeopardizing the group. (That may sound like it's not in line with "brave helpful plans that are ultimately kind of a bad idea" -- but usually when Jon throws himself into those in canon, there aren't a lot of other options.)

He can also be kind of gruff and aloof and keep to himself, is kind of canonically notorious for not really telling people what he's thinking and for spending days keeping mostly to himself, so my inactivity can sort of be covered with that, but not really for any longer. He needs to do things and interact more.

My point is, there's a helpful noble muscular warrior who likes to rush into danger in especially stupid ways kind of free-floating around town for the time being, and he can be roped into your heroic schemes.

i know we had a tdm thread, but considering it was so short due to Circumstances, i figured that it's probably easier to ignore that one and start anew with the cr - if you're game, of course! c:

it shouldn't be difficult to get some cr going between jon and bigby either way, especially since bigby will be so super interested in jon's direwolf. bigby is the literal big bad wolf, after all, so he's always interested in the other wolf-like beings around town.. 100% the type who'd rather hang out with the pet at a party rather than with the people.. once you feel up for it again and recovered, i wouldn't mind doing a thread of them running into each other around town, just let me know!

Residence: An absolute shithole on 73 Wolfjaw Road that he's trying to fix up (handypeople who can help with that would be cool!).
Notable CR: He's reluctantly been adopted by Arthur, so people who know Arthur may have heard mention of the wayward teen he's become so concerned about.
Skills: Combat (mediocre, mostly with handheld weapons), lockpicking. Bad jokes. Definitely not basic household tasks.

Wanted CR: Friends!!! He's a highly social person struggling with the relative isolation of winter here. Also: trustworthy adults he can learn to depend on, other dead/supernatural/immortal types, other mystery-solving types, serious people who absolutely cannot stand him, people he can take care of, people who can relate to his history of abuse and violence and help him open up. And literally pretty much anyone else.
Unwanted CR: He's a huge flirt and I'm open to age-appropriate crushes, but he is not emotionally available for any actual teen romances.

Day to Day: So right now with it being hardcore winter, Charles is spending a lot of his time inside his house, trying to make it more livable. Trips into town will often be to look for supplies to help with that, and maybe ask for home improvement advice. If your character knows how to fix the hole in his floor, find him a mattress without a possible decomposition stain, or basically do most household cleaning tasks that he's never had to do before, then step right up!

The Story So Far / Plans: Charles spent most of November thinking he was a living boy from 1989, which brought a lot of shit from his life right up close to the surface. In the aftermath though he got his first hug from an adult in several decades, which was a big step towards letting himself be looked after. He also got his first friend on his CR chart, and danced with a boy for the first time, so progress is being made on our slow, arduous journey towards getting to somehow be a real teenager in a frozen wasteland.

I definitely need to do more with my guys and Charles! Love how Ned pings in all the Worst Ways with his Extreme Sideburns but he's actually like the least dangerous person in this place, a newborn infant could manipulate him into doing what it wants.....

And I'm excited to toss Kostya at him again sometime! He's been lying low for awhile ever since gruesomely killing & feeding on someone (as one does), but he'll be poking his back out now and would absolutely want to check back in with Charles. He could help him with some Cleaning & Maintenance Tasks (of which his celebrity ass has very little experience, so that could be funny — he's also not doing well these days so there's every possibility he ends up yucking up blood in the process,) or they could maybe hang out somewhere around town. Kostya would 100% invite him to do fun things while also being lowkey awkward about it, he has no idea what he's doing around Young People!!

Also something potentially interesting for the future: Kostya recently learned his roomie is some flavour of undead and doesn't really understand it or how to help him with it, so if he ever learns about Charles that could be some kind of potential! He'd definitely take interest for many reasons (he's also very fond of Kieren, just how many Sad Undead Guys are there in this place...)

Wanted CR: Pretty much everything! Friends!!! People around her own age to befriend!!! Fellow nerds!!! Religious sorts!!! She's kind of fitting into a kind of Support Role route with things after she did her rosehip stuff, via foraging, cooking, medical/first aid, etc.

Unwanted CR: I prefer not to have negative CR for the sake of it. I like my negative CR to be interesting, or to develop eventually. Her puppy crush ended, but she's having weird feelings with Tim so she's a bit of a mess where romance is concerned.

Day to Day: Kate is mostly around in the Community Hall, quietly spending her time there for the most part. She helps out with food/cooking/cleaning in the Hall. Out in town, she's working on her foraging skill, and/or walking and training her wolf-dog puppy Merry. She also spends a some time in Milton Church since she's pretty religious.

The Story So Far / Plans:

— Pushed herself too hard healing folk up during September's Event and ended up being nigh-on comatose for the entirety of October and early November. She's doing a lot better now, but has come to the realisation she'd paid a pretty hefty price with bringing back Edward Little from almost dying.

— Attended the Last Sunset of the Year Party! She had a bit of a nice time initially, but then she a. saw Fraser and Sveta being a cute ass couple and realised they were together which broke her heart and b. ended up kissing Tim Drake, got real weird about it and is now having some pretty complicated feelings about him. It's... a bit of a mess.

— Ended up staying with Wynonna and Jopson for the first part of December because the Lieutenants are not prepared to deal with the above point. They're now aware of the Fraser and Tim situation.

— She's come back to Milton, and will be getting... something from the Holiday Boar but I haven't quite settled on something just yet. She's still kind of sad and mopey and just... having a lot of Big Feels right now.

The Story So Far / Plans: He's started patrolling with a bow instead of his rifle since he used up almost all of his ammo when the forest talkers attacked! he used one for hunting anyway so he's pretty good with it. the rifle is now saved for trips further out of town/to lakeside or when things start to feel more tense or dangerous. He's more comfortable here by now, but IS still using it as an emotional support gun so it'll still show up regularly.

I have no plans right now. Sorry. I think work has killed my creativity a bit, but I do have a week off between christmas and new years so maybe i can figure out something then. i'm always up for plotting or scenes with all of yall!

Day to Day: Most of the time you'll find him at his residence (mostly Milton, sometimes Lakeside), where he's available for anyone who needs medical assistance. Sometimes he ventures out on a scavenging or foraging mission, though he habitually stays close to the settlements—basically within emergency sprinting distance. Every couple of days he makes the rounds of the settlement he's in to make sure no one is injured and hiding it. Now that there's hot springs, he also goes there from time to time, but he tries his level best to only go alone.

The Story So Far / Plans: I HAVE NO IDEA. I fell off the face of the earth over the last couple of months due to Life Bullshit and I'm trying to get myself sorted.

Harry has recently learned what happened to everyone and everything re: the expedition, as well as Silna, and that's messed with him a lot. He is still being driven by his newfound sense of purpose and righteous anger, and is becoming even more protective of anyone he views as "his people". He's been on autopilot due to my bad brains, so anything I can jump on to kickstart him would be great.

Wanted CR: I'm wide open; any of the above (friends, mentors, hunting buddies, lovers, I'm also gonna add enemies here because I'm big into negative/complicated/fraught CR) are all of potential interest to me if that's how things develop! She's still new, so my main goal right now is deepening what's been started. I also have a special love for what I'll call """coworker""" CR, where characters who clash personality-wise, dislike each other, or otherwise don't easily get along still agree to work together (be it temporarily or permanently) towards a common goal - and Shaw is also quite good at this!
Unwanted CR: There's nothing I'm against across the board! If something ever isn't working for me, I'll communicate that, but generally I'm a big fan of playing things by ear and letting things run whatever course they're running ICly.

Day to Day: Shaw spends less time outside now that it's consistently dark and also even more freezing, but she still tries to get out there for a couple hours every day, and would be amenable to going out in pairs to watch each other's backs! When she's inside, she'll often hang around the edges of communal areas, trying to make herself unobtrusive as she scopes everyone out.

The Story So Far / Plans: Getting her bearings and hanging onto her sanity by the skin of her teeth :')
